In coal mine, the underground work is complex; the environment is very poor,prone to accidents, but in the head of coal mine, the accident have a great relationshipnot only with the complex environmental factors, but also with the comprehensivequality of the operating personnel, especially, such as educational level, technical level,technical knowledge of safety, physical and mental health,Therefore, it is very necessaryand urgent to study the impact of environmental factors and their own factors to thereliability of operating personnel, and established the behavior patterns of humansecurity.Mine accidents which occurred in the heading face from2002to2011in Chinacoal were counted in detail, the result was shown that the92.1%of accidents werecaused by unsafe behavior, mainly including the illegal operation of the operation at risk,inappropriate measures and so on. However, the factors of leading to unsafe behavior ofworkers not only include the person’s own over-tired, luck psychology, save psychology,reverse psychology, negligence psychology, try to be brave adventure psychological andherd mentality seven aspects,but also include worker’s age, length of service, the levelof education and interpersonal environment, temperature, humidity, noise,illumination, dust concentration, color, and operating environment. From the definitionof application unit to unsafe behavior of workers in the heading face, we did classify theunsafe behavior, the main factors influence people’s unsafe behavior were established,the regular pattern about the impact of various factors on the unsafe behavior of workerswas got.On the basis of field testing, statistics, and laboratory analysis, the mathematicalmodel of the operating personnel factors to the reliability were established, from the ageof the workers, seniority and the level of education. They were established as themathematical model of environmental factors to the human reliability, from temperature,humidity, noise, illumination, dust concentration. The various environmental factors aredivided into three different areas for the workers,“safe zone”“potentially hazardouszone” and “danger zone”. The mathematical model of the human reliability under thecomplex conditions were established η=λτ1τ2τ3k1k2k3k4k5, and analysis and evaluation system of the human reliability was developed and designed in the coal mine complexconditions using the VB programming language. Finally, the safe behavior patterns ofthe heading face was established, provide technological support for the coal mineproduction safety.
