This paper takes Fengfeng mining area as the research to study the characteristics of Fengfeng mining area houses.The buildings have simple structure,no rigorous design in the buildings,and buildings anti deformation ability are weak.The area of houses has its own characteristics.The surface of the mining area is thinner,and the buffering effect of the surface deformation and the building is small.The influence of ground deformation on the destruction of buildings is fast.Buildings are prone to damage,and easy to show.The area of the area is larger,and the housing is connected into a whole.There is a connection point between the houses,which is easily damaged by the surface deformation.Investigation on several villages in the mining area,the investigation of the cracks are divided into four categories,For each type of fracture characteristics and causes analysis,This paper researches fracture zone and the width of the main distribution.This paper studies the cracks in the building and development,and describes the characteristics of the destruction of buildings in mining area.This paper combines the probability integral method predicting deformation of Fengfeng mine Zhangzhuang village surface.This paper take Zhangzhuang village houses as the building of mining damage evaluation research object.This paper gets the surface subsidence,contour curvature,tilt and horizontal deformation,providing data for building damage evaluation.This paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,cluster analysis,grey correlation.According to the different factors and buildings in Fengfeng mining area characteristics and the actual situation,this paper chooses the surface deformation and the characteristics of the building itself as the evaluation factors.This paper determine the factor weights according to data mining.According to the three evaluation this paper establishes the evaluation model of building damage evaluation.This paper evaluates the Zhangzhuang buildings damaged by mining with these three models.The evaluation results show that these three kinds of evaluation model building is reasonable.According to the evaluation results this paper will compares these three kinds of evaluation methods.fuzzy comprehensive evaluation evaluates the building comprehensively,but its weight and degree of membership subjective are subjective.Clustering analysis is simple,fast,but it did not consider the weight of each factor.Greyrelational analysis can consider the static and static damage to buildings,but it can only choose the quantitative factor analysis.These three kinds of models for building mining provides a new model for damage evaluation.
