Abstract/Summary:
As one of the four major coal mine production systems,the drainage system is responsible for ensuring the safety of mine production important task,play the role of exclusion of water.At present,the traditional control system for the general type of control for the relay control,for the operation of the pump,are done by hand.With the continuous development of science and technology,the traditional drainage system has begun to slowly and microelectronics application technology and advanced control theory,in improving industrial equipment safety and economy has a very important role.Downhole drainage monitoring system as a traditional drainage system upgrade products,the use of modern industrial control technology and detection technology to improve their own functions,in order to achieve the drainage system automation,to achieve the purpose of the pump room unmanned operation.firstly,the optimization strategy is put forward based on the dynamic programming method,and then the application of the water level fuzzy PID algorithm is emphasized.Finally,the network architecture design based on ZigBee wireless technology is established to realize the control of underground drainage monitoring system Strategy optimization,to achieve remote monitoring.This article will focus on the following three aspects to elaborate:(1)Optimal design of control strategy.The principle of the optimal design of the control strategy is the principle of avoiding the peak and valley,and the construction of the system discrete mathematical model is completed according to this principle.And then use the optimization principle and dynamic programming method to complete the decision control,using Dijkstra algorithm to complete the system discrete mathematical model optimal control strategy selection.The optimal control strategy can be used to rationally plan the operation of the system according to the actual water inflow and electricity consumption.(2)Water level fuzzy PID algorithm design and implementation.Water level fuzzy PID algorithm design needs to refer to the actual situation of drainage system to complete,and the use of Matlab/Simulink software to complete the simulation,resulting in fuzzy PID response characteristics,anti-jamming characteristics and adaptability characteristics.Finally,combined with OPC technology to achieve the host computer and programmable controller real-time communication.(3)Based on ZigBee wireless technology network architecture design.According to the environmental characteristics of the mine to choose ZigBee technology as a wireless communication technology,and configure the programmable controller and configuration software WINCC as a monitoring center to achieve on-site drainage control and remote monitoring.
