Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing demand for petroleum and natural gas in China,it is very necessary and urgent to develop a set of equipment for ultra-high pressure shale gas fracturing for the purpose of resource exploration and development to realize the localization.The fracturing vehicle is employed to promote oil field productivity with lots of equipment and heavy weight,bad driving condition.The frame as the main bearing member of fracturing truck which need to bear varied complicated load and should have good performance to ensure safety during the fracturing work.Therefore,the structure performance of the frame is studied in the aspects of static,dynamic and fatigue life,and in the meantime puts forward the frame design process of modernization,developes the integrated frame design system to reduce the cost of product research and development,realizing the frame of parametric design and intelligent design process.According to the structure characteristics of fracturing truck frame,the simulation study on the suspension system is completed and building parametric finite element model.The static analysis is finished to find out the weak parts;solves the E pavement displacement curve under the frame of transient dynamics analysis of the stress and displacement response;the dynamic model and the force balance equation are established to solve the shock load of the road load spectrum and the fracturing mode,and based on the theory of multi axial fatigue damage,predicts fatigue life in varied complicated load.The integrated design system of the fracturing truck frame is developed based on the modern advanced structural design method.Based on the lightweight design principle,use the modern design process of fracturing truck frame with the application of CAE technology.Combining C# and CAE technology,and applying modular design method develop the integrated design system of fracturing truck frame.The system development objectives are expounded.Detailed research on the key technologies of software interface,two times the development of process automation and data transmission.Theory of developing the interface and principle of the key code of background procedure are discussed in detail.The structure design and performance analysis of the 2500 type fracturing truck frame is carried out by using the frame integrated design system.The initial geometric model of the frame is established by the parametric design,and the Hyperworks process automation of the two developments is used to carry out the topology optimization design of the multi condition and multi objects to get the initial conceptual model of the frame.In the background,ANSYS is used to optimize the key dimensions based on sensitivity analysis,at the same time,combine the process design built a new frame structure,and compare the performance with the initial structure.The properties of fracturing truck frame are studied deeply.The method has certain significance for the current frame analysis.The feasibility of the frame integrated design system by the example verifies,improving the efficiency of a series of product design,and preliminary results were achieved.
