The fracturing truck is a kind of equipment for oil increasing which is widely used in the oil collection industry all over the world.The frame of the truck is its most important part for load carrying. So the fatigue life of the truck will be directly affected by its frame fatigue life.The quality of the road for the fracturing truck is not very good.For this reason, the fatigue life will decrease.On the other hand, the fracturing pump which is its core equipment will impress huge and high frequency pressure on the frame during its working time so that the fatigue life will also be affected.The article studied the fatigue problem of the frame under both of the working conditions and finally got the fatigue life and the fatigue position of the frame.The keys for solving the problem of the frame fatigue life are the fatigue life spectrum and the fatigue strength theory.The article established the mathematical model of the frame and the road in the driving condition. The Roughness of the road can be obtained by using the sampling theory;By building the simplified model of the dynamics of the thruck,the vehicle load spectrum is obtained in the software MATLAB.On the condition of the fracturing,the article analysed the force of the frame and got the load spectrum in MATLAB.And then, the article established the finite element model of the frame in ANSYS and analysed the frame model under different working conditions with the finite element theory to get the stress and the strain information of the frame. Based on the results of the finite element analysis and the frame load spectrum by the dynamic analysing, the article established fatigue model under both of the working conditions in the FE-SAFE software.The article defined the the frame material、the surface finish and the fatigue algorithm in the FE-SAFE software.After using the rain flow statistical method and the cumulative fatigue damage theory on the fatigue load spectrum, the article finally got the result of the fatigue life for the frame.There are two kinds of method for the study on the fatigue research of the frame.One is through the theoretical calculation and another is through the fatigue test.The article put forward a scheme for the frame fatigue test.The scheme has three parts.Firstly,we can get the load spectrum under the driving condition through the road test and simplifiy the fracturing load spectrum.Secondly, by strengthening the load spectrum,we can reduce the time occupied by the frame fatigue test to save the money and at the same time don’t affect the degree of the accuracy.Finally, based on the spectrum under both of the working conditions, we can test the fatigue of the frame in the lab and get the fatigue life of the frame.
