The fracturing truck is an yield equipment on oil and gas which the pumping equipment installed on the self-propelled truck chassis, it drives on the road which condition is poor, some vehicle equipments have larger weight such as engine, water tank, fracturing pump and so on, and generate greater vibration while perform high-pressure and large displacement fracturing operations, therefore, the carrying capacity of the frame has a high demands. this article use finite element method to study strength, stiffness and stability of the frame which under static and dynamic load, to provide theoretical support of the structure of the frame design and optimizationFirstly, establishing the finite element model of the frame, picking up four typical conditions of full load, full load torsion, emergency braking, emergency turning to calculate static strength, toget the results of the stress and strain distributions to judge the weak position of the frame, providing a basis for structural optimization.Secondly, to analysis structure dynamic performance of the frame under transports and fracturing conditions; we use the uneven pavement power spectral density to get displacement-time curves of the wheel by the inverse Fourier transform under transports condition, then calculate stress and strain under maximum dynamic loads by transient analysis to verify the safety of the frame; Using the harmonic response analysis with harmonic excitation force to find resonance frequencies, and determining the natural frequencies of the frame under prestressed and non-prestressed conditions by modal to provide support for initial design of the frame and to prevent resonance.At last, studying the fatigue life of the frame based on the results of dynamic, we provide the method of solving the fatigue load spectrum under fracturing and transport conditions. Getting the fatigue load spectrum by establishing physical model of the suspension system, solving differential equations of motion, obtaining the road uneven excitation load by simulation in MATLAB Simulink, then dealing with the loads by rain flow; then use FE-SAFE to calculate the fatigue life of the frame under fracturing and transport conditions, to provide support for the design fatigue life and structural improvements.This article provides the methods of load simulation, finite element analysis and calculate results, it not only provide a way to analyze the carrying capacity of the existing frame, but also have great significance on the structure optimization and improvement of frame.
