Study On Optimization Of Emulsifier In The Acne Cream

Cosmetic is a necessity in people's daily life.It can care for human skin,improve human skin and enhance the external qualities of people,and is playing an increasingly important role.With the improvement of living standards,the appearance and physical health have attracted more and more attention,and the demand for cosmetic not only stay in the cleaning,washing attachment,aroma and moisturizing skin care,furthmore in the function,curative effect get more demand from the customers,such as whitening,antiacne,slimming aerobics,moisturizing anti-aging.The cosmetics mentioned above are called as the chinese herbal medicine cosmetic,natural cosmetic and so on.Acne cream is one kind of functional cosmetic.This cosmetic can improve the appearance of human face,neck or other parts of the body(i.e.acne pimples).The emulsifier and stability of the acne cream paste is the main content of the research.And the emulsifiers were optimized according to the active ingredients and the application function ingredients in the acne cream formula system.The selected test system in the cream emulsion should display relatively stable,no oil-water separation and constant appearance coarse,no discoloration,feeling fresh and smooth without greasy emulsifier when using on the skin.The O/W type emulsion matrix was adopted in this paper.The anion,cation and non-ionic emulsifier and polymer were the research object,and by theoretical calculation the corresponding HLB value of emulsified oil phase was used,and the selection of emulsifier,dosage and proportion,the preparation method of acne cream was established.The research contents are summarized as follows:1.The main purpose of this paper is to select a safe,the environmental protection,high efficiency emulsifier,which would used in the acne cream with the active ingredient and the oil phase ingredient by the emulsification theory,and the orthogonal test.Emulsifying theory was used for the calculation of emulsifier and its dosage.The emulsifier with excellent properties which can emulsify more complex acne cream system,it is the objcet.The main active components in the cream is salicylic acid besides a variety of plant extract active ingredients and strong ionic electrolyte were addded,so the emulsification theory can not meet the actual situation of the general application of the system through the preparation of emulsion stability test choose a emulsion the effect of delicate cream,emulsion droplet distribution,particle size small,stable emulsifier.The results are of plant origin,Olivem1000@liquid crystal emulsifier green safe can produce lamellar liquid crystal structure in the emulsion system,and lipid three-dimensional structure of skin horny layer cells between similar,can make acne cream more stable system,the liquid crystal emulsifier for natural olive oil derivatives,with emulsifying,moisturizing,improve the function of skin the effect of various conduction layer,and nonionic agent with strong acid and alkali resistant self emulsifying monoglyceride lipid Arlacel165 better emulsification effect,and to select the optimum ratio of compound emulsifier,adding high molecular polymer emulsifier help system stable suspension.The influence of emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time and stirring speed on emulsifier were also investigated.The various factors affecting the performance of O/W emulsion system such as the appearance,skin feeling,pH,centrifugal,light,heat cold stable qualitative test were investigated which were important to the preparation of O/W type acne cream.The O/W type emulsion formulation was used as the best matrix.According to the design principle of acne cosmetic formulation,considering the cause of acne,exfoliating agent and acne active and active conduction and moisturizing agent,were added trying to control the oil medium proportion,avoiding greasy.The design and preparation process of acne cream were determined as follow: the temperature was76~82?,emulsifying time was 5min,stirring speed was 40r/min.When the temperature dropped to 65~60?,the TEA and SF-945 silicone oil was added;and adding preservatives and spices when the temperature dropped to 45~40 ?.By optimizing the formula and the process parameters,the acne cream was prepared,which displayed excellent appearance and stability and could meet the needs from industrial production.2.Study on the quality standard of acne cream.Objective: to control the quality of the acne cream.Methods: the quality control system was established according to the quality control standards of acne cream based cosmetics QB/T1857-2004 cream and GB/T29665-2013 emulsion,in which the appearance,aroma,pH,heat resistant,centrifugal,light,microorganisms,heavy metals were the main indicators.Moreover according to the relevant requirements of china pharmacopoeia(2015)on drug quality analysis a HPLC method for determination of salicylic acid content was established,and the main drug ingredients in acne creamdetermination of salicylic acid method were also examined.Results: the appearance of acne cream and its physical and chemical indicators are in line with the requirements.Content determination of the salicylic acid in the acne cream was carried on a reversed-phase C18 column(250×4.6mm,5um),mobile phase was 0.05mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution(p H3.4 phosphoric acid acetonitrile(75:25)),flow rate was 1.0ml/min,detection wavelength was 297 nm,column temperature was30?,sample injection volume was 20?l.Conclusion: acne cream the paste does not change color,and displayed moderate viscosity,no delamination,pH value and the content of salicylic acid stable.The method for the determination of salicylic acid in acne cream was proved to be simple,rapid and accurate.The established quality standard for acne cream,laid the foundation for the quality control of acne cream in the future production.
