The storage of food is of great significance to national security.In the event of a major natural disaster or war,the timely supply of food is an important part of disaster relief or operations.The soundness of grain reserves is crucial to the country's long-term stability,people's stability,and survival protection.With the continuous development of wireless technology,sensing technology and computer technology,China's granary monitoring system has gradually become modernized and intelligent.However,most warehouses in China still manage granaries in the traditional way.However,the traditional monitoring methods are that monitoring data are not timely,labor-intensive,and lack of remote management defects.In the future,traditional monitoring methods are doomed to be eliminated.In view of the above problems,this paper designed a remote monitoring system for granary environment based on Internet of Things technology.It adopts the low-power bluetooth wireless communication module of TI company,has established the topology structure based on bluetooth Piconet network,at the same time combines the Internet of things technology and the sensing technology to be possible to carry on the temperature,the humidity,the gas concentration and the naked flame condition of the granary Long-range centralized monitoring and provide fire alarm function.The front-end acquisition unit of the monitoring system uses wireless communication technology to transmit information,combines the actual conditions of the granary environment,and selects low-power Bluetooth to transmit information in common short-distance communication modes,eliminating complicated wiring work and greatly reducing The probability of an accident.The monitoring probes can be flexibly installed according to the layout site combined with the topology.This module has low power consumption,low manufacturing cost,and is suitable for many special environments.After a large number of tests,the system has sufficient experimental data support to ensure that the system runs stably,collects and processes data with high efficiency and accurately achieves the predetermined design requirements,and realizes remote monitoring of the environmental parameters of the granaries in multiple locations.
