As the major energy consumers that the primary energy need great demand,and then the coal consumption and production occupied the big market in the world.Steady development of coal industry in support China's economic construction,but all kinds of accidents have occurred which seriously affects the economic development of our country and brings to the staff's life safety hazard.Safety management of coal mine accidents occurred due to improper human unsafe behavior,however the main cause of accidents is humans reason,thus strengthen the security management and taking into account human behavior factors become the focus of the study.In order to address conduct behavior based safety method in application of coal mine safety problems in China and test the effectiveness of reducing employee safety behavior,this paper takes Shanxi Luan group in Wangzhuang coal mine Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)driver for the study.The behavior based questionnaire prepared by ourselves and collect information at the job site for TBM driver's unsafe behavior,we take the gray evaluation method to determine the key unsafe behavior.Through the appropriate behavior based safety management program to correct unsafe behavior.On this basis,with the “Activator-Behavior-Consequences(ABC)behavior of tables” and analysis the TBM driver's Safety Lever(SL),we should compare the before and after implementation of a 12-week behavior management differences.The results shows that TBM drivers in the safe use of protective equipment,deputy driver match,shutdown condition and power on the system conditions SL on the four key behaviors can be greatly improved.Description of coal mine behavior based safety management can improve the unsafe behavior of employees.This papers innovation point as follows:(1)Investigate the TBM driver type and that makes target specifically.(2)Use behavioral based safety management on site and correct TBM drivers unsafe behavior to provide protection for coal mine safety;(3)Combine the ABC analysis and BBS method to identify key unsafe behavior through the scientific way,simultaneously building critical unsafe behavior model that in order to help decision makers more visible security management and risk control,it's can improve the safety level and protection of coal mine safety.
