Research On The Application Of Safety Behavior Star In Construction Engineering

At present,China's construction industry is developing rapidly,with a large scale and many employees.At the same time,the incidence of security incidents is also high.In many safety incidents,the proportion caused by the unsafe behavior of workers,ie construction workers,is particularly high.Therefore,in order to reduce the occurrence of accidents in construction projects,we decided to explore a new security management model.This model is based on a security management approach that combines behavioral science principles to eliminate unsafe behaviors and reduce accidents.In recent years,the entire construction industry has paid unprecedented attention to safety and continuously innovated management methods.However,at present,the status quo of relying on strict supervision to control hidden dangers still exists,and the security situation has not changed in essence.In order to improve the comprehensive management and control capabilities of safety production,all units have invested heavily in “technical defense” and“physical defense”.As for "human defense",research is not enough,and the method needs to be discovered.Construction accidents are mostly caused by unsafe behavior of workers,so whether to eliminate workers' unsafe behavior is the key to reducing accidents.This paper introduces the management concept of “Behavioral Safety Star” into the safety management of construction engineering,explores the new ideas of “ Behavioral Safety Star ” management,and realizes intrinsic safety.In the past,the drinking and punishment of workers' illegal operations were converted into workers who had standardized operations.By issuing a “Behavioral Safety Recognition Card” and selecting the “Star of Behavioral Safety ” at the end of each month based on the number of cards obtained.Construction safety management through this positive excitation mode.Based on the scientific theoretical basis and model analysis of safety behavior management research,it has introduced the research and application at home and abroad.Then,it focuses on the concept,implementation method and BBS behavior observation method of Behavioral Safety Star,and illustrates the“Star of Behavioral Safety”through the successful case of the Behavioral Safety Star Management Method of Shenzhen MetroTechnology Building and the promotion of the whole industry of Chinese architecture.It is a living,grounded,and reproducible management model."Behavior safety star" solves the three major problems of building safety: one is to solve the problem of insufficient safety management resources.Now the construction party,the constructor and the supervisor have the obligation of "Observer" every day,even the workers are observing,everyone is a safety officer,realizing the safety management of the whole staff;two,it has narrowed the distance between workers and management personnel,strengthened communication,and solved the problem of managing “two skins”.The "recognition card" has re established the platform for communication.The two sides have formed a "concentric,same direction and peer" in the sense of safety.The three is to solve the repeated problems arising from the hidden safety problems at the scene,to correct the unsafe behaviors,and form a good safety culture and atmosphere.
