Application Of Behavior-based Safety Management And Study On Its Influence Of Safety Psychology Of Coal Miners

In the past ten years,the security situation of the coal industry had been greatly improved,but it was still not optimistic.The number of deaths in the coal production process accounted for more than 80% of the death toll in the mine industry.The accidents caused by unsafe behavior of coal miners accounted for more than 85% of the total coal mine accidents.Unsafe behavior had become the main cause of coal mine accidents.At the same time,coal workers always devote to heavy work at high pressure and high risk in the dangerous environment,their mental state is prone to problems,which has a negative impact on their choices of behavior.Therefore,the research on the psychology of workers which plays a dominant role in the unsafe behavior can reduce the accident rate and improve the safety management level of the coal enterprises.Improving the unsafe behavior of coal miners is the fundamental way to prevent and control coal mine safety accidents,and behavior-based safety management method can improve the behavior of employees.Therefore,this paper studied both behavioral and psychological perspectives,by studying the influence of BBS management on the behavior of coal miners,and constructing the safety evaluation system to study the impact of BBS management on coal miners' safety psychology,which aimed at providing theoretical basis and data support for reducing the accident rate of coal enterprises.In this paper,W coal mine in Shanxi Province was chosen as the study object,while the coal miners were selected as the observation object.Firstly,according to the monthly distribution of unsafe events caused by unsafe behaviors of coal miners,the 8 key behaviors in the process of BBS management practice were determined by using grey relational analysis.Combined with the field conditions of W coal mine and the basic characteristics of coal miners,this paper carried out a practical research on the coal miners.The results showed that through the application of BBS management,the unsafe events and unsafe behaviors of coal mine were greatly reduced,and the behaviors of coal miners were improved,which was beneficial to the safe production of coal mine.Secondly,based on the domestic and international researches on the unsafe psychology,this paper made a deep interview and open questionnaire survey,and established the safety psychological assessment questionnaire.The analyses were obtained by using data processing softwares SPSS and Amos.The index system of safety psychological assessment questionnaire was divided into two layers,containing 4 first level indicators and 23 second level indicators.The safety psychological assessment system for coal miners with good identification ability,good structure validity and high reliability was established.Finally,the safety psychological evaluation model for coal miners was constructed to realize the quantification and clarification of the psychological state of coal miners.The comprehensive study on the safety psychological state of coal miners before and after the implementation of BBS management was obtained,by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that the safety psychological level of coal miners before the implementation of BBS management was "partial serious",which meant the sub-health state.Through the application of BBS management,the first and second level indicators of safety psychology had been greatly improved.The level of safety psychology was not only in the "general" level,but also had a tendency to "light" and "nothing",among them,the "paralysis and fluke mind" had the most obvious improvement,which could be concluded that BBS management had a role in improving the safety psychology of coal miners.The mechanism was also obtained.
