Mine safety bear on great relation to human factors, therefore, it has been of great value to strengthen study on psychological and behavioral factors related to accidents and to propose feasible measures to prevent the accidents. Theoretical framework and management methods based on Safety Psychology and Safety Behavior has been constructed in this article, and the application of which to safety production provided integrated technology of behavior in order to reduce mine accidents. Researches in the article mainly include psychological testing index and the management systems, safety behavior criterion and management of mining personnel, simulation system of mining safety behavior, the optimized design of mining production sites based on psychological and behavioral requirements of mining personnel, and the design of safe refuge equipment based on the behavior characteristic of personnel.In this paper a novel control system of psychological testing index of mining personnel was proposed. The technology was based on basic requirements of essential psychological level of mining personnel when they perform responsibility of work, adopted standardized psychological methods and established psychological testing index that involved aesthesia, cognition abilities, personality characteristics and professional attitude by means of the psychological instrument testing, standardized personality Questionnaire and statistical methods of SPSS, and then, we evaluated the essential psychological tendencies and psychological characteristics of mining safety personnel when performing their safety responsibility, and provided scientific methods of psychological measurements and testing which were basis of selecting personnel and transferring their works for mining safety management, accordingly, It provided reliable basis for reducing the occurrence of man-made accidents.In addition, in this paper two kinds tests of individual psychological and five kinds tests of aesthesia and cognition abilities were administer and five kinds forms of duty evaluation were edited by ourselves according to psychology requirements for mining safety work. We ascertained a quantitative relationship between post duty and hominine psychology through psychological measurement technology, and then, analyzed in detail human factors of accidents, thereby, we founded the technology of safety psychological evaluation and provided relevant management measures for requirements of safety post duty and usual psychological factors patterns of mining personnel. We evaluated quantitatively the validity of the application of the technology to safety management through contrasting the above with domestic others. At last, we achieved the technical requirements that safety psychological index of mining personnel could predict their adaptability to work and could provide the basis for the effective application of the technology to safety managements.Above research project showed that the abilities evaluated in psychological forecast index and attention extent were important cognitive abilities which mining practitioners should have, as well as, fulfilling their duty, being conscientious, composed, confident, being good at abstract thinking, doing realistically and striving to secure a mining practitioners were important psychological characteristics which mining personnel should have. Index of psychological testing and forecasting source adopted in this research were preferable index of reliability and validity can be used as important basis for the of mining safety management.We obtained various typical safety behavior modes by means of a large number of questionnaire investigations combined with requirements for all types of work duties, according to relational principles of safety behavior and methods of mathematical statistics, and we verified 3 indicators of safety behavior criterions through factor analysis etc to ensure the scientificalness of relevant indexes. Finally, we worked out safety behavior norms of mining personnel combined with post operation regulation. The study proposed that " preparing before work ", " taking one's turn on duty ", "operating", "handing over to the next shift", which were closely tied in with work characteristics of mining personnel, were regarded as the four basic aspects, and then, the quality objects of personnel were classified according to the interrelated concrete requirements of mining safety management which should be reached, furthermore, the questionnaire of safety behavior norms also were designed through such classified system of objects. After that we carried through behavior tests and analyzed datum collected. We ensured that main factor can generalize the great mass of information of this factor after we analyzed factors of safety behavior norms through adopting the results of data rotation according to analytical method of main element, and found out main factors of indexes, the element of the index described in which was regard as a category. We calculated value of 2 indicators according to score coefficient of factor and standardization value of the original variable through the factor loading matrix, and hereby analyzed farther the quantities observed. At last, we summarized mostly main behavior of 2 factors according to loading coefficient of biggish absolute value of the results obtained in factor rotation and clustering after 10 times of iterative convergence and factor rotation congregation, and we defined the main content of safety behavior norms.Safety behavior norms of mining personnel proposed in this paper involved in 119 types of work and all specialties of mining operations. So the contents of the research were complex. We worked out management software of mining safety behavior in order to ensure management of behavior norms to be melted into the daily management of enterprise, increase management efficiency, ensure safety behavior norms laid down to be applied to the practice of mining safety management and service safety production in deed.We developed software provided with management functions of safety behavior norms aiming at different types of work, which included recording personnel's breaking rules, rewards and punishments, engaging management, checking and managing performance and so on. Especially, the software had powerful functions such as inquiring into file, statistics and analysis of personnel structure, and querying evaluation of performance as well as all kinds of report forms. The research provided an operable means for management of safety behavior due to integrating theory with the practice of mining enterprises management.We also established the simulation system of mining safety behavior according to factual situation of underground mine and behavior requirements of personnel through combining virtual reality technology with mining safety production. Through computer's software and hardware equipment, we simulated three-dimensional space including a variety of natural entities and artificial entities according to datum of coal stratum, datum of laneway and images, so that the users could naturally interact with a variety of virtual entity, as well as, we achieved ultimately standardization of behavior that will enable workers to familiar with environment of underground mine, understand source of hazard, and master safety behavior through the three-dimensional visualization operation.The system regarded miners as the main objects manipulated, and the users can direct workers'actions through the computer, that is, make miners behave rightly through prompting of letter and sound of the system. As long as the users repeatedly exercise, the purpose of being familiar with environment of underground mine and normalizing workers'safety behavior could be reached. Images were made mainly based on the actual scene and the sound also was made mainly based on the circumstances at the scene. Miners'behavior simulation can be achieved by using behavior module (Building Blocks) after import the models to Virtools, such as controlling miners'actions by keyboard, conducting miners and achieving underground navigation, identifying hazard source, guiding safety behavior of miners.We designed actions simulation of miners'safety behavior and provided relevant technical essential. In addition, the system also achieved operation function of virtual behavior, and ample interactive forms made miners have realistic and spot experience. Because the research systems of behavior simulation bear characteristics of alternation, usability and security features and so on, it can be applied to mining safety training and emergency drilling to reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency.We also analyzed safety behavior and environment-related behavior and put forward emphases of study aim at the problems of current environment optimization underground mine. In the research, the problems of negative impact which mine, especially coal mine production sites bring to human behavior, psychology and body were summarized after analyzing. We proposed theory frame model designed in the workplace based on the safety behavior science by applying the basic idea, the principle and the method of system optimization, and linking basic work' content underground mine., therefore, the study had laid the foundation for the establishment of mathematical optimization models designed in the workplace.In this paper, we put forward mathematics describe of human behavior rules of the mining production environment and basic supposition, and presented human action parameter in the workplace, decision-making variable and the sketch map of reference lines. In accordance to a pattern of human behavior, we designed safety environment and limited operation behavior to improve operators'behavior, and built people-centered production environment in mines, as well as, we discussed a healthy environment design understand mine and how to enhance comfortable level of the workplace underground mine.At last, in this paper, we studied how to mark off the production districts underground mine and the districts of preventing disaster, proposed installation design of mine accidents emergency and escape based on the human behavior emergency characteristics in accident case, which were first analyzed. Furthermore, we sett goals and the principles of according to human requirement when in dangerous case, devised based on this produces and the disaster prevention district safety protection design., built the safety protection system, developed the design basis for the deployment and installation of lifesaving cabin and the design of original system how to be matched, and demonstrated their reliability when used by personnel in all kinds of accidents and danger cases.
