Research And Implementation Of Collaborative Control Of Electric System Of Ultra-fast Laser CNC Machine Tool

Laser CNC machine tool is a complex system including light,machine,electricity and detection.Compared with traditional CNC machine tools,laser CNC machine tools put forward higher requirements for machine control system.This paper studies the laser numerical control machine tool which used to processing the micro hole in the aircraft bade,and focuses on collaborative control of electrical system of laser CNC machines,laser processing equipment,testing equipment and control system etc.in the process of coordination.This paper will study from the following three aspects:1.Analyze the equipment composition and function of each device of laser numerical control machine.According to the equipment function and processing needs to determine the association between devices,and based on the association to propose a collaborative control program which use the IPC as the master control device.2..Based on the first part of the proposed control scheme to complete the whole machine hardware structure design,and introduces the hardware structure of CNC system and collaborative control unit design,finally completed the design of communication between machine equipment.3.Developing the collaborative control system on the basis of the hardware structure of the machine tool.Collaborative control system consists of the IPC control software and numerical control system.Among them,the numerical control system software to achieve machine tool axis control,and IPC software for the actual operation and to achieve the overall coordinated control.Finally,the software implement of the main function module of the control system and the communication between numerical control and industrial computer are description in detail.In this paper,the research and development of laser CNC machine tool through the actual test to verify the rationality and feasibility of collaborative control program,and the research and implementation of the laser numerical control machine tool electrical system collaborative control has certain reference value for the further integration of laser processing technology and numerical control technology.
