In the heat treatment of the iron and steel industry,the heating furnace is an essential equipment.In order to meet the requirements of the development of science and technology and is also in order to meet the growing market demand,the steel industry needs to realize the production process through the operation of highly automated and efficient high quality products to achieve.Meanwhile,energy conservation and environmental protection must also be guarantee,driven by the progress of human civilization.To meet these conditions and enhance the competitiveness of the market,large-scale,highly integrated automatic heating furnace has an unshakable position in iron and steel enterprises.On account of the quality requirement of hot rolling product,a lot of hot rolling mill is equipped with double regenerative walking beam heating furnace on its production line.In this paper,the double regenerative regenerative walking beam reheating furnace of Chongqing heat and Environmental Engineering Technology Co.,ltd..This paper introduces the design of the automatic instrument which includes the design of the automatic instrument and the design of the vaporization cooling automatic instrument.This paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)In this paper,the regenerative reheating furnace is introduced briefly,and the development of hot rolling line and the application status of heat storage technology at home and abroad are analyzed.(2)Analyzed the technology for a steel mill ‘ s regenerative two-walking-beam furnace,including regenerative burner and reversing valve,and sorted the functions of the furnace's control system,made the requirements analysis and its overall scheme.(3)The control scheme of the project is introduced briefly,including three schemes.The furnace gas / air flow cascade control scheme is designed for the combustion system.A self-learning control scheme based on furnace pressure control and a regenerative combustion control scheme with temperature feedforward and double-Cross-limiting cascade control functions are presented.Three impulse control scheme for drum water level control.(4)The control system of the furnace section of the furnace is designed,including the connection type,choose the type of instrument introduced each meter in the pipeline and the parameters of each instrument configuration.It introduces the measurement andcontrol of the energy medium and the fan of the blast furnace gas and nitrogen.(5)The function of each part of the system is introduced and the design of the instrument is designed.The working process of drum is analyzed in detail.The detection and control of the three impulse of drum water level deviation,water supply flow and steam flow are designed.(6)Briefly introduced the live monitoring picture of the furnace and evaporated cooling system,analyzed the live testing situation of three control variables,including furnace's temperature,furnace's pressure,and drum water level,analyzed the problems in the process of live installing and testing,and finally made the improvement project.In this paper,the design scheme of double regenerative walking beam reheating furnace is provided to customers and it is already in construction.The practical application results show that the design of the double regenerative reheating furnace is reasonable,the operation is stable and reliable and meets the requirements of the process.
