Temperature and humidity controling play a vital role in improving product quality of tobacco production process in Cigarette enterprises,including the production equipment,storage warehouse,auxiliary materials workshop and wrapped tobacoo workshop.This paper take the project,which focus on the development and application of the temperature and humidity monitoring system base on WSN in Qianjiang Cigarette Factory as application background.The project focuses on the actual demand of temperature and humidity monitoring in the tobacco warehouse and the wrapped workshop.Cigarette enterprises use constant temperature and humidity central air conditioning system to control the temperature and humidity of the industial site.Firstly,for the reason of warehouse area is too large,the current temperature and humidity measurement method often runs error,affecting the stability of the control system and cuase too much energy consumption.Secondly,equipment in wrapped workshop runs heat,the current monitoring method can't reflect the actual situation and affecting the control effect of the control system.In order to obtain the actual value of area temperature and humidity,optimizing the temperature and humidity parameters,improving the robustness of the air conditioning system,reducing the energy consumption.In this paper,the SimpliciTI protocol is used to realize the WSN and realize the temperature and humidity monitoring.The main work of the paper is as follows.(1)For the actual production environment of tobacco wrapped workshop and tobacco warehouse,this paper completed the topological design of the temperature and humidity monitoring system base on WSN.The SimpliciTI protocol is used to implement the functions of network communication by end device node,range extend node and Access point node.Simultaneously,the system complished the function of data acquisition and LAN access.(2)For the complex site environment of the cigarette factory,the paper complished the prototype system test and engineering application test,through the system communication distance,packet loss rate and integration test,we know the system performance which can guide the node layout,to ensure the system normally and reliably operate.(3)In order to satisfy the requirement of engineering,which is fireproofing,dustproof and anti-electric,we take the Project standar to install the system,and finally complish the integration testing.The System has beening run for more than two months.The results show that the temperature and humidity monitoring system of the wireless sensor network designed in this paper is running well in the fifth cigarette warehouse and the wrapped workshop of Qianjiang Cigarette Factory.This measurement of temperature and humidity compare to the existing system value is more representative.So it can reflect the industrial site's real temperature and humidity better.This work contribute to the temperature and humidity parameter optimization,thereby to provide data support in improving the robustness of the air conditional system and reducing energy consumption.
