With the development of equipment manufacturing industry,the requirements for complexity of the bending shape,product precision and processing speed are higher and higher.However,the traditional manual or semi-automatic bending mode is difficult to meet the demand.So the development of automatic wire bending equipment is necessary.At the same time,the springback of wire is inevitable in the process of unloading,and seriously affect the forming quality.Therefore,it is great practical significant to study the influence of process and material parameters on the springback phenomenon,to reduce the springback and improve the forming quality as much as possible.Lucubrate the wire bending equipment and the characteristics of springback.Specific content as follows.First of all,according to the demand of the wire bending equipment,designed the holistic plan of wire bending equipment.And design the structure of the storage mechanism,the straightening mechanism,the feeding mechanism and the wire bending mechanism.Then realize the overall structure design of wire bending equipment,which realizes the high integration level and flexibility in the aspect of structure.And realizes continuous processing,improve the processing efficiency.Secondly,research on the springback problem when wire is unloading.Analytical and numerical methods are used to calculate two sets of bending angle of the wire.And compare the result with the theoretical value.The results obtained were coincident which proved the accuracy and reliability of the finite element model.In addition,analyzes the distribution of residual stress in the wire during springback.Thirdly,using the method of orthogonal experiment,define the springback angle and the springback radius as the indexes,research the influences of the six factors on the bending springback and get the Sensitivity order of the influence factors.The six factors are relative bending radius,bending angle,relative bending moment,bending arm length,hardening index and intensity coefficient.At the same time,by the matrix analysis,get the best parameters combination of wire bending.Then verify the correctness of the best combination.Finally,develop a predictable system of the springback in wire bending based on Visual Basic 6.0 programming software.Through choice or set parameters as the actual condition and submit the job which makes the system automatically calls the finite element software ABAQUS to perform numerical simulation.Then the system direct display the predicted springback angle and output the result file.The predictable system provides a new way to solve the springback problem,which has a traditional method incomparable advantage of efficiency.
