At present,the rapid development of China's ice cream food industry,people's demand for ice cream style is constantly improving,Ice cream sticks as a tool to eat ice cream also continue to introduce new styling.The ice cream sticks butterfly-shaped that made of birch is a wood products,that different from traditional the straight edge sticks in the structure,with curved edge structure,In the early,its processing can produce burr of unhealthy phenomenon.In order to meet consumer demand,ice cream sticks manufacturers need to the stick edge machining to chamfer and to remove burrs,that processing method called surface.Traditionally,the stick to chamfer is mainly through the polished barrel for finishing,the method is difficult to achieve the effect of surface processing,taking into account the particularity of the ice cream sticks butterfly-shaped structure and the rapid requirements of industrial production and the relevant factors such as the backwardness of domestic equipment,it is great significance to design a processing machine for ice cream sticks butterfly-shaped.In this paper,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the ice cream sticks butterfly-shaped and the related enterprises on the sticks surface processing requirements,designed a kind of the butterfly-shaped ice cream to take the surface of the processing equipment,that is,chamfering of Machine for ice cream sticks butterfly-shaped.First of all,the machine overall program design was developed,determining which employs the scanning plane orientation for machining by the profiling processing principle;Through the overall design principles of the surface of the machine to take the working principle,the development of the plane to take the machine structure and the overall layout of the space,the finally,componenttion of the machine mainly by the chamfering of the device,feeding device,pushing device,transmission system and other components.Secondly,on the basis of the research on the wood cutting theory,the cutting force and the relevant parts of the opposite device are analyzed and designed.Thirdly,the working principle of the feeding device,the pushing device and the transmission system are analyzed respectively,and the three-dimensional model of the device is established.After the structural design is completed,the kinematic and dynamic simulation of the treadmill device is carried out by ADAMS dynamic simulation software.The dynamic characteristic curves of the displacement,velocity and force of the chamfering of the device are obtained,and the movement law of the profile movement.The contact force between the cam wheel and the cam surface is analyzed.Through the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench,the strength and deformation analysis are carried out to verify the suitability of the work requirements and design.The modal analysis of the cutting tool shaft is carried out,and the first six natural frequencies and modes of the tool axis are obtained under the influence of the stiffness of the bearing.The limit speed of the tool shaft is obtained.by the natural frequency analysis.Through the analysis of natural frequency,the limit speed of cutter shaft is obtained,selecting reasonable processing speed,to avoid the resonance speed.
