Electrostatic spraying robot is more and more popular in many fields,especially in automobile and ceramic industry.Electrostatic spraying is becoming more and more widely used because of its high performance,high film forming rate,good surface quality and high utilization rate.But in the process of electrostatic spraying,the thickness distribution model of electrostatic spraying by coupling flow,plastic spraying air pressure,spray voltage,spray lance height,walking speed and other factors,the more accurate thickness distribution model has not yet been proposed.The spraying thickness distribution model is the main factor that affects the trajectory planning and the consistency of the film thickness,and is also an important factor affecting the quality and efficiency.Based on the electrostatic air spray gun as research object,the electrostatic spraying on numerical simulation through the finite element analysis of Maxwell and ANSYS Workbench platform,and build the electrostatic spraying test platform for static and dynamic test of electrostatic spraying.The mathematical model of the thickness distribution of electrostatic spraying is proposed,and the influence of spraying height and spraying voltage on the electrostatic spraying thickness deposition model is further discussed.The main contents include the following points:(1)According to the special principle of electrostatic and spray forming mechanism of electrostatic spraying,analyzes electrostatic potential and electric field intensity distribution area based on the flat workpiece,the cylindrical workpiece and V type workpiece under different spraying height and different spray voltage conditions,(2)To establish the finite element model of the electrostatic spray gun workpiece system and set the parameters of spraying process,explore the spray effect under coupling of electrostatic field and gas-liquid flow field.The effects of spraying height and spraying voltage on the spray distribution,the trajectories of charged particles and the particle distribution were studied.The spray particle velocity distribution is obtained,and the effect of electric field on the deposition of spray particles is analyzed.(3)Electrostatic spraying test platform was set up to test the static state of electrostatic spraying under the condition of changing the spraying height and spraying voltage.The results of numerical simulation are verified by experiment,and the thickness distribution data of the film are measured.The genetic algorithm is used to fit the experimental data,and the results show that the thickness of a single film is in accordance with the four polynomial fitting curve.The elliptical paraboloid distribution model of the whole static film is deduced,and the model is modified to get the influence factors of spraying height and spraying voltage on the distribution model.(4)According to the proposed spray model,the dynamic spray test and path planning are carried out to verify the validity and practicability of the elliptical paraboloid distribution model.
