In the spray line,the flat spray gun can achieve efficient and simple spraying on the surface of the box.However,the existing flat spray gun structure and its related plastic spraying process have many defects.Therefore,this topic starts with the problem of the spray gun structure obstructing fluid movement,the difficulty of spraying at the inner corners,and the uneven coating thickness.Relevant process parameters,thereby improving the efficiency of flat spray guns and coating quality while solving related problems.The main research contents of the project are as follows:Firstly,according to the research requirement,the electrostatic spraying of the assembly line is showed by stages,related equipment and processes are researched,analyzed and introduced.Secondly,the issues about the structure of the spray gun are explored.(1)In view of problems that the influence of static electricity generating device on fluid,multiple spray guns are difficult to ensure the same state and powder accumulation in the nozzle,the Fluent software is used to analyze and optimize the related structure.(2)The problem of spraying with flat spray guns at the inner corners is analyzed,the design of nozzle opening device is changed to fit the need of the use of industrial robots,the reliability and stability of the design device are verified by the ADAMS software,and the dynamic spraying is designed by the Fluent software.The plastic comparison test verifies the usability of the device.Finally,in order to improve the quality of the coating on the flat surface of the box,the research and analysis are divided into the following two steps:(1)From the perspective of multi-field coupling,the main factors(processes)involved in the electrostatic spraying process and the relevant factors are analyzed.Using Fluent software to design the related experiments under limited conditions,then the appropriate range of each process parameter for the plasticizer electrostatic spraying is determined in this study.(2)A test platform for static spray test is built according to the main influencing factors of coating formation,combine with the existing theoretical elliptical coating thickness distribution model to obtain a flat spray gun electrostatic spray coating thickness distribution model.According to actual conditions,the relevant process parameters can be deduced with the thickness of the coating by the model,then derives the dynamic spray coating thickness distribution model,the effectiveness of the related methods are verified through the dynamic spray test.
