Solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive(PSA)has good wettability,fast drying and good water resistance.Up to now,it used widely in aerospace,automotive,electronic appliances and daily life.However,as general solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive heat resistance is poor,and it can not be used under high temperature conditions.Therefore,the study of high temperature solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has great significance and market value.Firstly,isooctyl acrylate(2-EHA),butyl acrylate(BA),vinyl acetate(Vac),acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as synthetic monomers were prepared a kind of acrylic adhesive pressure adhesive by solution polymerization,which has excellent adhesive property.The synthesized products were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR.The effects of different initiator types and content,the type and amount of curing agent,the ratio of 2-EHA and BA monomer,the amount of base monomer and the thickness of PSA on the tack,shear strength and 180 ° peel strength of PSA were studied.At the same time,the optimum reaction time and reaction temperature were determined.Finally select the best basic formula and synthetic process.Secondly,three kinds of traditional curing agents(epoxy,isocyanate,metal complex)and TMPTA(trimethylolpropane triacrylate)curing agent were added to the best acrylic acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive.Study its impact on the adhesive properties and heat resistance of PSA.The cured PSA was characterized by FT-IR,DSC and TG,and finally the optimum content and curing conditions of various curing agents were determined.Finally,according to the effective way to improve the high temperature performance of pressure-sensitive adhesive,study the effect three different temperature-resistant monomers such as maleimide(MAL),N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP)and N-vinylcarbazole(NVA)on adhesive properties and temperature resistance of PSA.The structures of PSA were characterized by FT-IR and H-NMR.And the modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive was detected by contact angle meter,GPC,DSC,TG and viscometer.Finally,it was found that the MAL,NVP,NVA modified acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive had excellent heat resistance.
