Along with the development of economy in our country,the problem of water pollution is getting worse.In this situation,sewage treatment is becoming more and more important.Temperature protection is the core part of the whole sewage treatment process.However,at present,the measures adopted to protect the temperature are relatively backward,and the energy saving and environmental protection are poor.For these reasons,this paper presents a low temperature protection system of sewage treatment,optimize the traditional sewage source heat pump which can make it more suitable for low temperature environment.In this way,the heat coefficient of the heat pump unit is obviously improved,and the operation performance of the system is greatly improved.In this paper,the working principle of the sewage treatment temperature guarantee system is briefly introduced,and further research is carried out from four aspects:working medium selection,model establishment,design optimization and the characteristics of the work.Specific research work is as follows:Study on high-performance working medium: In the optimization process of working medium,in addition to the consideration of optimum conditions such as critical temperature,pressure,thermal conductivity,and environmental friendliness,the heating coefficient of the selected working medium will be calculated,and further optimization will be carried out according to the coefficient of heat treatment,based on the consideration of actual application situation,sewage source temperature and other factors.Establishment of mathematical model for temperature guarantee system of sewage treatment: This research reasonably simplifies the whole system.Based on the system structure and the organic fluid,this paper establishes the state of working medium model,through the establishment of control equations of thermodynamic parameters in different components and the the control equation of the thermodynamic state parameters of the system,the thermal calculation model and heat transfer calculation model of sewage treatment temperature guarantee system are completed.Optimal design of sewage treatment temperature guarantee system: This paper presents a new thermal design method and flow chart of temperature guarantee system for sewage treatment,and solves the established mathematical model.The unit cost heat supply is used as the economic performance objective function,and the system is optimized by single parameter.In the process of optimization,both the economy and technology are taken into consideration,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the vector multiple parameters.Study on operating characteristics of sewage treatment temperature guarantee system:.The mathematical model of the operation simulation of the sewage treatment temperature guarantee system is established in this dissertation.The influence of sewage temperature and flow rate on the heat coefficient and other parameters of the heat pump unit is discussed.The operating parameters change trend diagram is drawn,and the analysis results show that the system sewage temperature parameters and flow rate are important factors which affect the system performance.The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for the design of security system of sewage treatment temperature,through the analysis of characteristics of variable conditions,provide a reference for the commissioning of unit operation and the unit simulation program will provide convenience for practical engineering.
