With the development of the industry in our country,the demand for special shaped spring is increasing day by day,and the requirement of the shape and the forming precision of the spring is increasing.Because of the unique structure,helical spring can be used for fluid sealing,the manufacturing department belongs to foreign patents,and imports price is high,the domestic is still in the preliminary study stage,the winding equipment research has theoretical significance and practical value.The control system of the spring winding equipment is the core technology,the development of our country’s high-grade CNC system is slow,and most of them depend on import.In this paper,the design of the control system of the automatic winding machine based on PLC is completed,and the winding method and technology of the opposite spring are discussed.In this paper,the winding process of the oblique spring is analyzed,so the whole design scheme and the debugging scheme of the control system of the wire winding machine can be determined.Then completing the modeling process of winding,so the mathematical relationship between the winding process of the biaxial linkage is obtained,after that the winding machine of the open loop servo system is designed and calculated,then analyzing and calculating the dynamic stability control system.Stepper motor speed control is a key part of the whole control system,it directly determines the accuracy of processing,the original stepper motor acceleration and deceleration algorithm are analyzed and summarized in this paper,the new type S curve acceleration and deceleration control algorithm,so the algorithm is more simple and practical in PLC programming process improved.Next completing the winding machine control system hardware and software design,including the hardware component selection,hardware circuit design,PLC external wiring diagram design,PLC and man-machine interface software programming and debugging etc.Finally,the experiment process is completed,including the construction of the hardware experimental platform,the circuit connection of the components,the overall debugging of the experimental platform and the final winding experiment.Through the research and analysis of the design process and experiment,the control system of the automatic winding machine based on PLC designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the winding. |
