Numerical controlled machine tool is a product of advanced technology that includes computer of comprehensive application, automatic control, automatic detection, precision machinery, and so on, it is a typical electromechanical integration product. Its emergence and the tremendous benefits which was brought about by its emergence, has drawn worldwide universal attention of the science circles and the industrial circles. The current development of numerical controlled machine tools in China is the only way for technological transformation of mechanical manufacturing, is the basis of factory automation in the future.Currently, advanced manufacturing technology has been widely applied to various fields of industry and civilian uses, such as automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, and so on. The rapid development of computer technology speeded up the development of advanced manufacturing technology and caused a qualitative leap on it. Therefore, the market demand for numerical controlled machine tools which owned advanced manufacturing technology greatly enhanced.Numerical controlled machine tools are the basic of the manufacturing industry, are the basic to achieve modernization of manufacturing technology and equipment, are the strategic equipment that can ensure the high-tech industry development and ensure the modernization of national defense and military industries. At present, due to China's numerical controlled machine tool industry has lagged behind, has constrained the development of the manufacturing industry, directly affects the security of national defense and military industries. The development of the internal and external manufacturing industry shows that numerical controlled machine tools are the foundation for the development of the manufacturing industry. "10th Five-Year" period, China's machine tool industry got rapid development in several years, the value of China's machine tool had leapt to 2005's third in the world from the eighth of the late year of the "Ninth Five-Year" in the world. Under the environment of the global Green manufacturing, the numerical control remaking of machine tool becomes more and more popular.As is well known, the structure of the machine tool of China's machinery and electrical industry is older, the operating system of the machine tool is complex, the control system of the machine tool is backward and the production efficiency of the machine tool is low, if to purchase new numerical controlled machine tools to Instead the old equipments, the huge cost is not in line with national conditions. Therefore, to transform the existing machine tool with numerical controlled technology, it is in line with the state's industrial policy. In addition, in terms of capacity of the market, regardless of the automobile manufacturing, mold manufacturing and military enterprises, the numerical control remaking of machine tool has boundless opportunities.Along with quick development of the social production and scientific technology, the performance and quality of the machinery products are being increasing continuously, the remodeling of the machinery products becomes multifarious, the numerical controlled machine tools become more and more important in the position of manufacture. In China, there are a great deal of the common machine tools in many business now, but many equipments are becoming odd, technique lag behind, it is not very possible for all the common equipments to be exchanged with the automatic machinery, and if it is so, the exchanging would also cause a lot of wasting, therefore the numerical control remaking for the old equipment in producing have very realistic meaning. The investment of the numerical control remaking is less, and the numerical control remaking increases many functions in the common machine tools, ensures the stability of the quality, raises the efficiency of production.The numerical control remaking of machine tools are mainly directed against the remaking of numerical control system, servo system, auxiliary control system and the hydraulic system. As numerical controlled machine tool itself is the product of machinery-electro-hydraulic integration, and its structure is complex, so it should be the key factors to decide the performance of machine tools, moving precision, machining quality and reliability after the numerical control remaking whether the remaking were calculated with the accurate calculation method, whether the remaking chose the remaking program and the type of elements in accordance with the rules and requirements.In this paper, the numerical control remaking that had been done is only the remaking of numerical control system and servo system, and no the remaking of auxiliary control system and hydraulic system. The numerical control remaking is mainly divided into two parts:One part of the numerical control remaking is the remaking of servo system of lathe, the spindle drive system and servo system should be separated into two unrelated systems after the lathe is remade, servo driving box should remove box, bare rod and joystick, be replaced by ball Screw, and the ball Screw should be checked for the strength, and to do the design of the reducing gear, and to complete the working of drawing mechanical assemble drawing of machine tool of numerical control remaking.
