With the development of national economy, more and more Small and medium-sized rural enterprise play their attention to complex profile parts processing, however,the enterprise existing ordinary machine tool were difficult to meet this need. So, ordinary numerical control machine tool of transformation is still one way of some small and medium-sized rural enterprise for the equipment upgrading.This paper is to show ordinary latheCA6136numerical control reform in order to make this put into effect in some small andmedium-sized rural enterprise of Cangzhou in the future.The paper mainly embodied in the work content:According to evaluation the reform plan in technology and economic, the transformation of the numerical control’s solutions was done.Repair and maintain the main drive system; focus on feed system’s transform, according to the cutting force, select the modelof motor, the type of ball screw, bearing, bearing block,coupling,and so on, at the same time select the automatic rotary knife rest.Grinding and scraping the slip board box guide rail of the machine, design for a halfprotection device, repair and adjust the other relevant parts of the machine.According tothe machine’s performance and requirement of processing precision, equipped with CNCsystem, drive, pulse encoder and brake; design the main circuit and control circuit of NCtransformation.Finally, install and debug the transformed CA6136lathe.
