With the development of industrialization and urbanization, the emission of terrestrial pollutants is gradually increasing, and the environment of the East China Sea,which is the main recipient of land-based pollution,is also deteriorating.According to the Bulletin of Environmental Quality of China’s Coastal Waters,2006-2015,in the Bohai Sea,the Yellow Sea,the East China Sea and the South China Sea,the worst seas area in the East China Sea is the largest, over 40% In the other three major sea areas, and there is a gradual upward trend, the surface of the East China Sea,the deterioration of the marine environment, addressing the East China Sea marine environmental pollution is imminent. Therefore, the analysis of the influencing factors of land-based pollution and the causes of land-based pollution and the mechanism of land-source pollution can provide effective countermeasures for land-based pollution and have a positive impact on improving the pollution in the East China Sea.This paper first uses the panel data to demonstrate the effect of land-based pollution on marine pollution. Then, the paper reveals the mechanism of market factors, government factors and social factors on land-based pollution.Based on the panel data of 14prefecture-level cities along the East China Sea in 2006 and 2014,the EKC model is established to analyze the market factors,Social factors and other factors on land-based pollution. Finally, based on the evolutionary game method, this paper analyzes the causes of land-based pollution in the East China Sea,starting from the main body of the main body of the main body of the land control, the main body of the government and the public subject, the coastal area as a game unit, between the government and the sewage enterprises,The evolutionary game model between the inland local government and the coastal local government and between the coastal local government and the island local government,so as to construct the evolution of the three levels of inland, coastal and island Game model, according to the replication dynamic map analysis of land-based pollution control between the main body of the evolution of the law and its influencing factors to explain the cause of the East China Sea land pollution causes. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First, the correlation betweenland-based pollution and marine pollution.Land-based pollution contributes to marine pollution to a certain extent.Second, the impact of land-based sources of pollution factors. The market factors and social factors influencing the land-based pollution in the East China Sea have increased the emission of land-derived pollution to a certain extent.Although the government factor has reduced the emission of land-source pollution, the effect is not good.Third, the evolutionary game analysis of land-based pollution in the East China Sea.There is no evolutionary stabilization strategy between the coastal government and the sewage enterprises, and the other four evolutionary game models have two evolutionary stabilization strategies, and the final strategy choice is affected by a series of factors, which cause the main body choice(noncooperation, noncooperation)Strategy, leading to deterioration of marine environmental pollution.
