Research On Key Technology Of 3D Assembly Process Publishing For Production Site

In the large-scale workshop production assembly process,enterprises are constantly promoting the paperless process of assembly site with three-dimensional digital technology as the core,using electronic process documents to replace traditional two-dimensional paper process cards gradually.Among them,the management and publishing technology of assembly process information is an important part of the paperless process.Now,the majority of companies are still using two-dimensional paper process cards as the workshop assembly guidance documents.Aiming at these existing problems,this paper researched the key publishing technology of 3D assembly process combining with the characteristics of large complex product assembly workshop.The specific work content is as follows:(1)The construction method of 3D assembly process information model is studied.Based on the composition analysis and summary of the three-dimensional assembly process information model which is oriented to the production site,the expression of product assembly information model and production factor information model is studied and an assembly process information integration model is put forward.(2)The data management technology of Three-dimensional assembly process is studied.By analyzing the composition and characteristics of the assembly process data in the field,to realize the logical organization relation between assembly process data,put forward the technology of single node data organization method and process data reuse method are elaborated.(3)Assembly process publishing technology for assembly field is studied.Based on the analysis and research of product BOM structure,the method of assembly process tree generation is put forward.The process flow of process change is expounded.Then,the process data retrieval and publishing process based on assembly process tree is studied.(4)On the basis of the above theory basis,the 3D assembly process publishing system is developed.And taking the rail vehicle bogie as an example,the system functions,from user management,assembly process editing,process data storage management to assembly process publishing implementation,are tested.
