Research On Assembly Process Information System Integration Technology Based On Model Definition

Assembly information runs through the whole life cycle of the product of the manufacturing process of the product.At present,although the digital management system has been promoted to some extent,it still lacks in solving the problems existing in the assembly process.In order to improve the integration degree of product 3D model information,make information complete and accurate transmission and expression in the process of product production and assembly,and improve its assembly efficiency,this researched is carried out.The assembly processes information integration system based on model definition is established to make assembly data information transmit and express efficiently,which can be used to guide the assembly work on the assembly workshop,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Establishment of UG assembly information system based on model definitionThe existing system is improved and developed through programming,and then UG secondary development technology is used to develop the UG assembly information system based on model definition according to the model attribute information,so that the corresponding module has the function of information extraction and input,so as to realize the addition and management of assembly process information.The information improved and added in the system mainly includes assembly information,dimension tolerance information,assembly sequence information,working procedure and working step definition information.(2)Establishment of assembly information MBD modelThe model definition technology is applied to construct the MBD model of assembly process information according to the content classification of assembly process information,the relation between information and the expression mode of information.The ASSEMBLY process information MBD model has three parts: UG assembly information management system,SQL data information file,and workshop management system.(3)Establishment of 3d assembly information integration system based on model definitionADO technology and JDBC technology are used to realize the connection between UG and database,as well as the connection between database and workshop management system.Analyze and improve the module function of the existing assembly shop management system,and realize the integration with UG assembly information system by using database as the bridge.Finally,the assembly process information integration system based on model definition is analyzed and verified by an example.
