This paper studies the deep well hoist test bench for ultra deep well hoist provides theoretical and technical support.In order to meet the national strategic resource development and deep resources development of hoist project ultra deep well and instead of a single lift depth less than 1000 meters of the single rope winding mine hoist and hoist type mine.In this paper,based on national 973 project: "the unsteady condition crisis prevention and safe operation of the hoisting system of the deep mine research"(project number: 2014 cb049404),for deep well of the unsteady condition of hoist test rig,mainly includes the hoist speed test planning research and two steel rope tension balance control research.First of all,this paper fully analyzes the domestic and foreign existing feature,performance,and shortage of mine hoist,designed a double rope winding the deep well hoist test rig.For double rope winding the deep well hoister test-bed to study the unsteady condition,set up double deep well hoist rope winding type test bench,and stress analysis was carried out on the test rig key components;Selection of the hydraulic components and the sensors used in the hydraulic circuit systemSecondly,according to the speed control of the hoisting system of the test rig,the dynamic model of the hoisting system is established,and the dynamic model is verified by simulation.Control on floating sheave system,this paper establishes the dynamic model of the floating sheave system.According to the organization structure of the hoist test bed,the simulation model of the hoist test bed is established in the AMESim software,and the simulation results are verifiedThird,the mechanism of the difference of the tension of the wire rope of the double rope winding type deep well hoist test rig is analyzed,and the control strategy of the wire rope tension leveling is planned.In planning the six speed elevator running speed test program,the simulation of wire rope tension leveling control strategy in hoist test bench simulation model,the simulation results confirmed the effectiveness of PID controller and backstepping controller for wire rope tension balance.Finally,the test control system part design,assembly and debugging.Experimental verification of wire rope tension leveling control strategy is performed on the test bench,after debugging,experimental verification is carried out in the elevator test bench of two different speed scenarios,to accurately verify the validity of the control strategy.
