Overload and unbalanced wire rope tension are two important factors that influence the safe operation of friction hoist. This paper took Ma Jia Liang coal mine 2# main hoisting system as the background and carried out the research of the hoist load and tension balance wireless monitoring system, which had theoretical and practical significance to improve the friction hoist safety and coal mine production efficiency.Firstly, according to the dynamic characteristics of the loading process, it established a dynamic mathematical model of skip loading process. Through the transformation derivation of the model, it obtained the formula between the coal flow and system parameters, so the dynamic weighing problem could be solved in a system parameter identification way. Then parameter estimation formula was derived. The fading memory recursive least square algorithm was used to simulate the weighing process and verified the practical process. Experiments show that by adding identification algorithm, weighing accuracy was improved, and the adjusting time was reduced enough to meet quick weighing and accurately determine whether the overload requirement.As to the tension balance problem of multi-rope hoisting, it had a brief analysis for that. By a introduction of the working principle of tension balance device, it analyzed the relationship between the position of the piston rod and the corresponding wire rope tension under two kinds of working condition and pointed out the necessity of monitoring the position of the piston rod.Secondly, constructed a wireless monitoring system, which took the single chip processor as the lower machine, industrial computer as the upper computer, with peer to peer networking. Based on the coal mine explosion-proof requirements, it designed the corresponding hardware and explosion-proof box.In software design, it gave out program design flow chart of the lower computer, wrote the signal acquiring and transmitting C program based on AVR microcontroller. Determined the function structure of PC program, and wrote the PC program with Lab VIEW module, and realized the graphical and modular of software.Finally we did the Industrial experiment on site, experiments results show that this system could realize real time monitoring of hoist load and tension balance of multi rope hoist, and could Identify and warn early of For hoist overload, secondary loading, incomplete unloading, imbalance wire rope tension, piston rod of the balance cylinder reaches the limit position, tank stuck and other failures.This paper has 62 figures, 20 tables and 82 references.
