In this paper , a dynamic model with continual mass of steel rope used in mine hoist is established and the dynamic load caused by longitudinal and horizontal bebration of the hoist steel wire rope is derived.The calculation formulation of dynamic load is proposed and a instance of numerical calculation for the dangerous load is given.Its result is compared with the test and also dependable conclusion is given.The acceleration of mine hoisting cage depends on the acceleration of driving system and the charactetistic of hoisting rope.Based on the condition the hoisting rope be regarded as the continous flexible rod,by synthetical analyses which take the ride confort of hoisting cage and the little dynamic oscillation of hoisting rope as the aim,the rational acceleration curve of dribing system,the best acceleration function is brought out in MATLAB,and all these can provide conferential reference for the further study and design of ideal given speed of mine hoist.With these as the theoretical foundation and derived by mathematical theory, a relatively ideal mathematical model-driven of the speed curve is established .At the actual velocity and control,time control is used in the the way of acceleration and speed stages and a program control is used to control the way of slowing down and crawling as parking.According to practical requirement ,a control system containing hardware configuration and the interface circuits of relebant peripheral signals are designed.For the PLC as the center control,this control system is reliable and exactitude and can fully satisfies the requirements of site production of mine hoist.
