Design And Implementation Of Distillation System Based On DCS Control

With the development of hardware technology,the reliability of DCS system is further enhanced,and people begin to pay attention to the optimization of DCS control scheme and control algorithm.In this paper,distillation column system as the research object,according to the need of the western region based on the distillation system design and commissioning of DCS.First of all,according to the distillation process,the hardware equipment is introduced.This paper mainly introduces the hardware system of distillation tower equipment,draws the flow chart,and designs the control scheme according to different controlled variables.Secondly,according to the requirements of the process of distillation purification,based on the HOLLiAS-MACS system is constructed based on Ethernet,distributed control system Ethernet,Profibus-DP dual network integration.Completed the design of the software system,with emphasis on the signal processing,flow accumulation algorithm,reactor water level control and system control of the water pump and other key links of the POU programming.Finally,the distillation unit and the unit system of the reactor are introduced,and the debugging process of the distillation column system is described,and the improvement measures are put forward according to the problems in the debugging process of DCS.
