In this thesis,using the background of 1309 backwind tunneling working face of Taishuibao coal mine,we propose a method to effectively improve the comprehensive digging speed of 1309 backwind tunnel by reasonably optimizing the support parameters,using indoor experiments,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and industrial tests to address the problem of slow digging speed of 1309 backwind tunnel,and verify the feasibility of the method through industrial tests.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through the indoor physical and mechanical experiments of coal and rock body,we mastered the physical and mechanical characteristics of the top and bottom plates and coal body of 1309 return airway;we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of boring equipment,construction process,support method and boring speed of 1309 return airway boring working face,and determined that the support process is the main factor affecting the boring speed of the roadway.(2)Clarified the characteristics of changes in stress,displacement and distribution of plastic zone of the roadway surrounding rock when the air-top distance changes,and mastered the law of influence on the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock in the air-top area and the supporting area under different air-top distances;the impact on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock in the air-top area is significant when the air-top distance of the boring head is greater than4.0 m,and the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock begins to intensify,and the maximum sinking of the roadway roof in the supporting area can increase by21.64%.The ultimate empty roof distance of the headway empty roof zone is 4.0 m.The deformation mechanism of the gang part of 1309 windway is revealed,and the width of the ultimate balance zone of the gang part of the roadway is 3.81 m and4.84 m respectively.(3)Combined with numerical calculation and on-site construction process to determine the roadway support parameter scheme,and verified the control effect of the support scheme on the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock through numerical simulation.Based on the above research results,the tunneling equipment of 1309 return airway was replaced,and the support technology,construction technology and construction organization were optimized and improved.After implementing the optimized construction plan,the tunneling speed was increased from 11.2 m/d to 14 m/d,and the tunneling speed was increased by 25%,which shortened the support operation time and improved the tunneling efficiency,and the deformation of the tunnel surrounding rock was well controlled.The thesis contains 52 pictures,14 tables,and 85 references.
