Coal Winning Machine Cutting Load And Energy Consumption Characteristics Research

Drum shearer working process,to achieve as little energy as possible cutting coal,the more available energy consumption to measure the energy utilization ratio of coal winning machine.Due to the complicated geological conditions of coal and rock,combined with the field coupling,system makes the cutting part cutting coal and rock condition and loading state there is a strong nonlinearity,instantaneity.During mining,coal properties,coal winning machine structure parameters under various working conditions and parameters,such as cutting depth,traction speed will influence the change of energy consumption.Under dynamic loading,therefore,thechanging rule of the coal winning machine cutting energy consumption,what are the main influencing factors,how to reduce the energy consumption of coal winning machine and improve energy utilization efficiency of shearer are key problems to be solved.For cutting load,are based on past experiences or simulation,experiment load part for the whole machine has always been a blank.This article is based on zhangjiakou MeiJiChang state energy research and development of coal mining equipment(experiment)center coal winning machine load data obtained from the machine test stand,setting up a dynamic model and cutting cutting than energy consumption model,analysis of traction speed,cutting depth and cutting way to load and the influence factors of energy consumption,for the study of load characteristics and subsequent test data than solving provide theoretical basis for energy consumption;To the problem of load characteristics of the first USES the wavelet noise reduction,increase the credibility of the signal,with fractal method to calculate the fractal characteristic value to describe the physical parameters of cutting process different working conditions;Solution formulas,based on energy consumption than to test load than to solve the energy consumption,energy consumption than under different working conditions,comparative analysis of the influencing factors,and an analysis of the fractal characteristics of the cutting power,with its characteristic value and observe the law than energy consumption were analyzed.Research results will provide theoretical base for research and development and use of shearer and the realization of the capacity of coal science has important scientific significance.
