At present,especially in the face of hard coal and rock,depending on the present equipment and crushing method,the cutting ability and the crushing efficiency can not be completely dealt with.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,the excavation of the whole rock roadway is especially faced with the hard coal and rock.The load characteristics of broken coal and rock under different working conditions of a disc cutter are analyzed,and the theoretical modeling,numerical simulation and cutting test are studied respectively.According to the structure characteristics of the disc cutter,the cutter is divided into two parts: the tool head and the wedge surface.By using the integral and the principle of the equivalent set force,the force models of the cutter head and wedge face to break the coal and rock under different motion conditions are given respectively,and then the cutting tool is divided into two parts: the tool head and the wedge surface.According to the principle of minimum energy,the failure criterion of breaking coal and rock on the wedge surface of cutting tool is given.Finally,according to the vector superposition principle,the theoretical calculation models of radial and axial loads of broken coal and rock under the combined action of radial single action and axial vibration and radial cutting are given.Based on the ABAQUS finite element model of coal and rock,the numerical simulation of the disc cutter with and without teeth,axial vibration and axial vibration is carried out,and the load spectra under different cutting thickness and wedge angle are obtained,respectively.Wavelet energy entropy and fractal scale coefficient are used to calculate and analyze the load spectrum.In order to investigate the influence of motion parameters on broken coal and rock,the relationship between vibration amplitude,vibration frequency and radial velocity and the load variation of disc cutter was studied by means of single factor control variable method.The numerical simulation load value and the theoretical calculation value are compared and analyzed,and the change law of the two is consistent.The experiment of cutting coal and rock with the single cutter tooth of disc cutter is carried out.The statistical analysis of the load spectrum shows that the theoretical calculation has the same law of change.According to the experimental data of cuttingcoal and rock with cutter teeth in different positions,the test load of the whole disc cutter is calculated,which has a good agreement with the theoretical calculation.The radial load obtained by the excitation box cutting system also has a good agreement with the theoretical model.Facing the mining of hard coal and rock,this paper studies the broken coal and rock with disc cutter through theory,numerical simulation and experiment.The research results lay a foundation for the design of the follow-up working mechanism and the practical application of the project.
