The Energy-saving and environmental protection of the power grid has always been the focus of attention of all countries in the world and also the basis of China's power policy.In 2009,President Barack Obama announced that it will substantially increase the production of renewable energy such as solar,wind and geothermal energy in the future so that the United States will generate 25% of its electricity by 2025 from clean renewable energy sources.In the "13th Five-Year Plan" of China and some time in the future,the power industry will face a rare historical opportunity.The energy structure adjustment,air pollution control and end-use energy transformation will inject new vitality into the development and transformation of power grid.According to the national and provincial policy requirements,according to the current situation of the power grid in Zhaoqing,Guangdong Province,China,this paper analyzes the potential of energy saving and environmental protection.In view of the problems left over from the "12th Five-Year Plan" for energy conservation and environmental protection,this paper discusses how to solve the related problems during the "13th Five-Year Plan" The research,and gives the analysis of social benefits,conclusions and recommendations.Specifically,we use various research methods such as literature research,case analysis,data analysis and research to analyze the issues of energy conservation and environmental protection,and combine the regional and economic conditions in Zhaoqing with the power grid analysis to summarize past experiences and conduct energy conservation and environmental protection Potential analysis,analysis of indicators,the development of the power grid in Zhaoqing "13th Five-Year Plan " for Energy-saving and environmental protection.From the grid side and the user side,the potential of energy saving is analyzed,and the potential of environmental protection is analyzed from the power side,power grid side and user side,and then from the power side,grid side,user side,energy saving and environmental protection are studied.Finally,the forecast of social benefits is formed,and the forecast result can be compared with the assessment index,which is an important reference for the verification of the results.Through the study of this paper,the following results are obtained: First,energy-saving and emission reduction: using clean new energy to generate electricity,popularizing the use of electric vehicles,adding office energy saving on demand side and forming economic benefits;secondly,environmental protection: analyzing the influence of Zhaoqing power grid on ecological environment Quality,ecological landscape caused by the impact of identifying the main problems exist and gives solutions to ideas.Focus on solving the power grid on the sustainable use of land resources problems,the power grid affect the sensitive areas of ecological problems,electromagnetic pollution,noise pollution.Active ly respond to the national "13th Five-Year Plan" for energy saving and environmental protection and undertake the overall requirements of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation for energy saving and environmental protection,and revolve around the goal of energy saving and environmental protection of local governments at all levels,relying on economic development planning and research results of "13th Five-Year Plan" for power development planning To solve the practical problems facing energy conservation and environmental protection,to ensure the completion of energy saving and environmental protection tasks.It aims to build Zhaoqing Power Grid into an intelligent,efficient and reliable green power grid during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.
