The existences of viruses,bacteria,fungi and other microorganisms seriously endanger the human health.Therefore,it is necessary to develop appropriate disinfectants possessing broad spectrum,high-efficiency,fast and low toxicity.Nowadays,there are several important problems with the research of disinfectants:?1?the researches on the ideal disinfectant with characteristics of safe,efficient,environmentally friendly and broad-spectrum are both costly and difficult;?2?the long-term use of single disinfectant synthesized through chemical methods will induce the emergence of resistance.In order to solve the aforementioned problems,we selected five kinds of chemosynthetic disinfectants,which were bronopol,triclosan,benzalkonium bromide,didecyldimethylammonium chloride and polyhexamethylene biguanide,respectively.In this study,comparative study of five disinfectants was carried out by means of bactericidal test,inhibition zone test and suspensions quantitative bactericidal test using Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as test bacteria.In addition,the bactericidal effect and synergistic effect of compound disinfectant solution were investigated.The results showed that the bactericidal effect of the five disinfectants wasdidecyldimethylammoniumchloride>benzalkoniumbromide>polyhexamethylene biguanide>triclosan>bronopol.Moreover,the bactericidal effect of the compound of two different substances was in the order of didecyldimethylammonium chloride+polyhexamethylene biguanide>benzalkonium bromide+didecyldimethylammonium chloride>benzalkonium bromide+polyhexamethylenebiguanide.Threeformulations,including62.5ppm didecyldimethylammonium chloride solution,46.875 ppm benzalkonium bromide+31.25 ppm didecyldimethylammonium chloride and 46.875 ppm polyhexamethylene biguanide+31.25 ppm didecyldimethylammonium chloride compound solution,achieved the disinfection effect.Therefore,didecyldimethylammonium chloride,benzalkonium bromide and polyhexamethylene biguanide were selected as bactericidal ingredients using for wet wipes.However,there is little research about disinfectant wet wipes in domestic.Thus,based on market demand and wet wipes application,this article designed two kinds of multifunctional disinfectant for wipes using propylene glycol,Cocamidopropyl betaine-35?CAB-35?,polyethylene glycol-75-lanolin,Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamat?Sampo IPBC?,polyhexamethylene biguanide and didecyldimethylammonium chloride as main components.The two disinfectants were clear and transparent,colorless and odorless liquid.In this paper,the disinfection effect,storage stability and metal corrosion were evaluated by suspension and carrier quantitative sterilization test and metal corrosion test.Mixed with bacterial suspension for 4 min and 3 min respectively,the wet wipes containing 8m0?m0,the weight of the carrier?disinfectants were disinfection qualified.The changes of pH of disinfectants and the amount of organic interference had little influence on the bactericidal effect.The disinfectants possessed good stability with at least 2 years validity period and perfect anti-corrosion.
