Research On The Establishment Of Steelmaking Production Plan And Scheduling In Qiangang Company

Currently,the iron and steel business are facing multiple pressure of market,environmental protection,cost,and funding.For the development of a new round and market competition better survival,iron and steel enterprises in the transformation of the mode of development and strengthen the internal process is focus on products various of production with flexible and fast way.In order to adapt to the dynamic changes in the market,enhance service awareness,cooperate with chain reaction,fine production,and achieve high quality and low price products and on time delivery.Steelmaking-continuous casting production is a key step in steel production.It is a mix of discrete and continuous production process,the production line is long,the equipment process is more complex,there is a multi-objective,multi-constraint,uncertainty problem.Steel production planning and scheduling is a key to the organization of production,and the core of computer integrated production management.This paper,taking the steelmaking-continuous casting production process of steelmaking department in Qiangang company as the research object,researches production operation planning and scheduling problems,including the production of task allocation,load balancing problems,the job scheduling problem,the production cycle control issues and production issues abnormal transmission of information and so on.It aims to compile executable steelmaking-continuous casting production operation plan,improve work efficiency and quality of planning,raising the level of production scheduling in steelmaking-continuous casting process.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the steelmaking-continuous casting production characteristics,master application research progress,theories related to this article through the literature search and actual work.(2)Through field research and interviews with relevant management personnel,know the condition of the Qiangang company's practical steelmaking operations planning and situation scheduling problems.(3)It analyzes the main problems in production planning and scheduling work,which include the balance of production and equipment maintenance and repair work,the varieties of production orders and pouring time arrangement problem;Production scheduling problems include:reliability problems,the interference of uncertain factors in the production problem,constraint problems in steel production,the production time of control and production abnormal information transmission problems,etc.(4)Aiming at these problems,this paper put forward several improvement measurements from the equipment maintenance plan,reasonable arrangement of product structure,improving the reliability of people,reducing disturbance events,improvement of constraint conditions,standardization of information transmission,promoting the train schedules as the goal of just-in-time,etc.
