Oil and gas drilling is a major means of oil and gas exploration and development.At present,Downhole motor is a kind of the most widely used downhole drilling motors in oil and gas drilling,especially with PDC bit can obtain good economic benefits.In oil and gas drilling,Downhole motor is mainly used to drill a special technology well,such as directional wells and horizontal wells,cluster wells,large displacement wells,high Angle wells and multi-branch wells and vertical wells inclined straight drill fast.The compounding drilling technology of PDM with PDC bit,not only can improve the rate of penetration,can also improve the actual footage of single bit,so as to realize quick drilling and improve drilling efficiency.This paper studies the mechanism of downhole motor playing fast anti inclined,Downhole motor with PDC bit drilling method can improve mechanical drilling speed,its main principle is to raise mechanical energy of the bit,mainly is the rotary speed.The compounding drilling technology of single curved downhole motor with high effective PDC bit,is a good way to control wellbore trajectory,can improve the quality of wellbore,can improve effectively mechanical drilling speed,can achieve good effect of playing fast anti inclined.The affecting factors of the ability of downhole motor anti inclined well straightening,Downhole motor assembly in use process,in addition to the geological factors,different forms of assembly,but also with downhole motor structure Angle,the length of downhole motor,the placement of stabilizer,the size of the stabilizer,the size of the weight on bit,rotary speed and other factors.On the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with the actual,this paper analyses the test result that uses compounding drilling technology of downhole motor with PDC bit to improve mechanical drilling speed and the application effect of playing fast anti inclined in several Wells in Sichuan,Tahe,Puyang and northern shaanxi blocks.The result shows that as long as the choice of downhole motor and PDC bit is well adapted to strata,uses compounding drilling technology of downhole motor with PDC bit,can improve effectively mechanical drilling speed,also can prevent borehole deviation and drill vertical well.Combining with the theory and practice,Analyses how to select downhole motor,should not only consider its structure and performance of downhole motors,and also considering the diversity of downhole motor actual working environment,so that it can provide strong theoretical basis about research and development production of downhole motor and drilling field in the actual selection.
