Complex product assembly is a typical discrete assembly process.Due to the complexity and instability of complex product assembly,assembly scheduling is more difficult.However,there is no effective production scheduling method for the assembly of complex products under uncertainty disturbance.Considering the scheduling problem of complex product assembly shop,this paper aims to propose a production scheduling technology for complex product assembly process based on actual demand.Moreover,the corresponding software system is developed and validated through the actual case.The main research works are as follows:1.The relevant research status of assembly shop scheduling technology is summarized,including assembly scheduling technology,scheduling technology for production disturbance,assembly shop management and monitoring technology and so on.In addition,the research purpose,significance and sources of the project are presented.2.The business process of assembly and dispatch of complex products is described.The characteristics and difficulties of assembly scheduling are analyzed.Based thereon,the architecture of complex product assembly scheduling management system is established,and the key implementation technologies of the system are expounded.3.According to the requirements of complex product assembly plant management and control,this paper proposes an assembly process management method and analyzes the assembly process of the workshop.On this basis,the scheduling problem is described,the assembly schedule and the constraints are analyzed,and a complex product assembly scheduling model is established.4.Considering the three-level management method in complex product assembly workshop,the algorithm of initial scheduling is designed based on improved genetic algorithm.Furthermore,the method of generating daily work plan is proposed,in which daily job schedule,staff dispatch schedule and material delivery schedule are obtained based on the initial schedule.To flexibly adjust the schedules in the complex production environment,a re-scheduling method is also proposed.5.The organization and management methods of complex product assembly schedule data are studied.A data management model is proposed with analysis of the association of assembly schedule data.According to the three-level management method of the workshop,the multi-level monitoring strategy of the assembly shop is designed,and the material information and assembly progress are monitored.Through the statistics and analysis of disturbance event and real working hours,the ability of workshop staff to control the assembly process is improved.6.A production scheduling management system for complex product assembly process is designed and developed.The related methods and techniques are validated with a practical example of an assembly workshop.
