The environmental problems caused in the mining process are complicated,regional and uncertain,which leads to the great manpower and material resources to be invested in the evaluation of the geological environment of the conventional mines.If the remote sensing technology(RS)is combined with the mine geological environment investigation,the mine development can be read directly by the interpretation of the indoor interpretation,and the multi period continuous monitoring can be carried out,which makes the evaluation result more true,and can also reflect the geological environment problems in the mine.This paper takes the Beishan coalfield mining area,located in the North East 90 km of Qitai County as the research object,based on the basic geological features of the study area,the remote sensing image of the Beishan coal field in 2004~2016,the regional DEM,the MODIS and other data,and uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the weight of each factor and the index layer.The Beishan coal mining area from 2004 to 2016 is divided into the lowest scoring area,the lower score area and the general score area.This paper establishes four indicators.The weight of evaluation index is realized by programming on MATLAB platform.Each evaluation index has the evaluation factor,each evaluation factor has its characteristics.This paper does not have the comparability among the respective factors,so in order to make the factors comparable,this paper establishes the different membership functions according to the respective standards of each factor,and quantifies each factor to 0~1.Finally,the fuzzy consistent matrix of factor is established,and the weight and comprehensive evaluation score of each factor is obtained by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This paper studies the following results: R,G and B are used to extract and verify the vegetation by VI formula.It shows that it is feasible to use VI formula to extract vegetation in the missing near infrared band;The paper uses the MODIS data to invert the PM2.5,and the results are in good agreement with the mining position of the coal mine.It shows that it is feasible to use MODIS data to retrieve aerosol in the northern Xinjiang.In the study area,the final score showed a downward trend and an upward trend.In 2012 and 2014,the area of dust pollution was the most extensive and the most serious;In this study,the evaluation of environmental quality is made from four aspects of natural geography,basic geology,geological environment and mining state of mineral resources.The evaluation results also showed a trend of first decline and then upward trend;The mine development status has played a leading role in the evaluation,while the influence range of dust pollution is wide,but its influence is weak.
