The Researching Of Environmental Assessment Of Huolinhe South Open Pit Coal Mine

The extension project of Huolinhe south open pit coal mine is a relying project of long-term development plan to Huolinhe coal industry group. The group will build Zhahazhuoer open pit coal mine, power plant, aluminum smelter, cement plant, and Shaqu north open pit coal mine in the whole development plan. The service length of the whole project are 272 years. The open pit coal mine extension project will reach the 15 million tons every year in about 2010. Before its construction, the group must carry on environmental influence evaluation to access and to mediate economic benefit and environmental benefit,to find out a method that can develop economy and protect the environment, make economic construction, urban and rural areas construction and environmental protection develop in harmony. This thesis explained the current environmental situation of the mining area at first, then used dynamic fuzzy cluster, index law, and fuzzy comprehensive appraisal to appraise the current environmental quality, to predict the environmental impact of mining area and to put forward the scheme of integrated control to the pollution finally.
