Production Decisions By Manufacturers And Remanufacturers In Carbon Emission Limited

With the development of science and technology,the speed of economic development has been accelerated,and a series of problems such as resource shortage and environmental pollution have been brought forward.The emission of carbon dioxide lead to greenhouse growing,affecting human survival and development of the social economy,which made the society pay more and more attention to the greenhouse effect and related problems,and actively seek countermeasures to reduce carbon emissions,many countries have reached a consensus.Under this background,the Chinese government continue to explore and develop in line with China's current situation of development of carbon reduction policies,enterprises are actively seeking low carbon production,the development of low-carbon economy is imperative,and it is also an important part of sustainable development.Remanufacturing as an advanced mode of production,not only can reduce the consumption of natural resources,reduce production costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to enable enterprises to obtain low-cost economic benefits;at the same time,through the remanufacturing can reduce carbon dioxide emissions,reduce environmental pollution,gain the benefit of carbon emission reduction,significantly promote the development of circular economy and green economy,which is considered to be an effective way to the development of low carbon economy.In this paper,from the micro level of enterprise operation of the carbon emissions policy,we study when a low cost carbon economic benefits and carbon reduction benefits of the remanufacturer enter the market,manufacturers and the remanufacturer's production decision problems under the external constraints of the carbon tax and carbon cap and trade policy mechanism.First of all,respectively construct the production decision models of manufacturer and the remanufacturer under carbon taxes and carbon cap and trade policy;secondly,get the optimal production strategy by solving the model,and properties and conclusions related through the in-depth analysis of the optimal production strategy;then,through the analysis of examples to further verify the correctness of properties and conclusions,and analyze the effect trends and influence of carbon tax carbon quota and carbon trading price to the manufacturer and the remanufacturer's production decision and profit and the manufacturer' carbon reduction policy,and analyzes the influence of the remanufacturer' entrance to the production and profit of the manufacturer;Finally,comparative analysis of carbon taxes and carbon cap and trade shows the differences of these two policy and made the conclusions.From the point of enterprises' and government' view,this paper gives the relevant management guidance and enlightenment and government policy recommendations.
