Appropriate schedule of batch transportation should be made for pipeline network transporting multiple crude oils to complete distribution tasks and coordinate the relationship between different parts of crude oil pipelines.It makes sure that not only crude oils produced by oil fields or imported from abroad could be output timely but also oil demand of each refinery in the end of pipelines could be met.In this paper,crude oil transportation scheduling methods is investigated according to the actual situation of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network.This complex problem is decomposed into several layers of moderate-size problems,then model and solving algorithm for each problem is designed.Based on the above models and algorithms,the Yong-Hu-Ning pipeline network scheduling system is designed and developed.In this paper,the main work is as follows:1.The general situation of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network is introduced including the types of transported crude oil,the topology of the network,and the pipeline transport capacity,technological requirements in the process of oil,etc.Base on that,we summarize the the method,principle and technical route for crude oil transportation operation planning.2.The features of the transportation scheduling problem of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network is introduced and the reasons of why it is difficult to employ the traditional comprehensive mixed integer programming model to solve the problem are analyzed.Based on the above analysis,in this thesis,we propose a method to decompose the large scale complex problem into three layers,and then design an appropriate algorithm to solve it.3.When solving the detailed oil plans,firstly,we set up a simple simulation platform that applys expert rules algorithm effectively.The platform can provide the running status of crude oil transportation in the process,and the decision makers can develop more effective and reasonable rules,which will be helpful to greatly improving the quality of the oil transportation plan.4.The transportation scheduling system of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network is designed and implemented.First it is identified that the system is composed of three layers:the database layer,the application layer and the user interface layer,and the function of each layer is introduced.Then the base tables of the user information data,the static information network data,the network dynamic information data,the intermediate result information data and the final result data are designed.Finally,the transportation scheduling system of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network is developed by using the tools such as Matlab SQL Sever.5.The scheduling for the real demand crude oil transportation in a certain period of time is obtained by using the developed transportation scheduling system of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network.Then the rationality of the plan is analyzed.It is confirmed that the system can effectively help the managers to get ab appropriate schedule of crude oil transportation of the Yong-Hu-Ning Pipeline Network.
