Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline has been ultra-low throughput condition since it went into operation because of the declining production of oil field.And most of the year it is being in regular and reverse transportation condition with a high cost of operation.So it is an urgent technical challenge that researching on ultra-low throughput transportation technology to reducing energy consumption for Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline.Based on surveying equipment data and operating parameters for Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline,measuring the basic physical property and rheological property for Zhi-luo crude oil and calculating equivalent diameter and overall coefficient of heat transfer,this paper builds simulation model according to the actual pipeline by SPS and writes control program to control the operation condition of heating transportation,regular and reverse transportation,intermittent transportation.It makes the technical problem solved that SPS can't be used to simulate the operation condition of regular and reverse transportation.Then the simulation model is tested and modified by comparing with actual production data.Four ultra-low throughput transportation technologies,heating transportation,depressant transportation,regular and reverse transportation,intermittent transportation,are researched by the SPS simulation model.According to simulation result,considering crude oil solidifying point and different ground temperature each month,this paper draw temperature-throughput region graph of Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline,put forward selection method about transportation technology by temperature-throughput region graph,and elucidate the region of ultra-low throughput condition of Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline.By analyzing parameters for regular and reverse transportation,the variation law of inlet temperature is obtained.Subsequently,this paper put forward judgment method according to temperature envelope curve about regular and reverse transportation safety,and analyze the influence of throughput and regular and reverse transportation time for temperature envelope curve.Based on research of intermittent transportation,the variation of inlet temperature in one period can be divided into four stages,and there is a minimum ground temperature limit about the application of intermittent transportation.Meanwhile this paper analyzes the influence of throughput and transportation time for the parameters of intermittent transportation.According to the research of four ultra-low throughput transportation technologies,considering different throughput and ground temperature each month,a 12-month transport scheme for Zhi-luo crude oil pipeline is formulated.And analysis results show that this transport scheme can reduce cost about 126.40 million yuan compared with actual operation cost in 2015.So it not only improve the safety of crude oil pipeline,but also greatly reduce energy consumption.
