With the continuous progress of the world economy,the increasing demand for energy,the increasing scarce of fossil energy,the climate deteriorating caused by excessive use of fossil fuels,the development and use of renewable and non-polluting energy sources is becoming more and more important.As a secondary renewable energy hydrogen energy has the advantage of efficient and cleaning.Therefore,the development and utilization of hydrogen energy is an effective way to solve the current energy problems.Alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production technology has the advantages of simple operation,mature technology and wide application.And it's widely used in large-scale hydrogen production.How to reduce the energy consumption in the process of alkaline water electrolysis is the hotspot of research.Diaphragm is an important part of alkaline water electrolysis.Diaphragm will cause energy consumption because of a certain resistance.This paper mainly studies the preparation of hydrophilic low resistance membrane,in order to reduce the power loss caused by the diaphragm.In this paper,we added PVP,additive A,additive B and other additives in the preparation of polysulfone membrane,in order to get the diaphragm with high porosity,good hydrophilicity and lower resistance.The polysulfone membrane was prepared.The optimum composition and process conditions of polysulfone membrane were obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results are as follows:13%PSF,8%PVP,79%DMSO,pre-evaporation time 15s,coagulation bath temperature 20°C.Polysulfone separators were prepared according to the best composition and process conditions.The performance of polysulfone diaphragm are as follows:Porosity:61.63%,soda rate:329.35%,area resistance:0.3098?·cm~2,tensile strength:1.497N/mm~2,contact angle:89.0°,alkali loss:2.19%.The polysulfone membrane consists of a dense surface layer and a support layer.There are many microspores in the surface dense layer,The pore size is about 20nm.The supporting layer is a finger-like pore structure,finger hole wall is honeycomb-shaped hole structure,finger pore diameter is about5~40?m,the diameter of the honeycomb holes on the finger hole wall is about3.5?m.The polysulfone-additive A membrane was prepared.The optimum composition and process conditions of polysulfone membrane were obtained by single factor test.The results are as follows:13%PSF,8%PVP,72%DMSO,7%additive A,pre-evaporation time 15s,coagulation bath temperature 25°C.Polysulfone-additive A separators were prepared according to the best composition and process conditions.Porosity:73.2%,soda rate:281.7%,area resistance:0.2516?·cm~2,tensile strength:2.753N/mm~2,contact angle:67.3°,alkali loss:1.85%.The polysulfone membrane consists of a dense surface layer and a support layer.There are many microspores in the surface dense layer,The pore size is about 30nm.The supporting layer is a finger-like pore structure,finger hole wall is honeycomb-shaped hole structure,finger pore diameter is about 3~16.9?m,the diameter of the honeycomb holes on the finger hole wall is about 0.9?m.The polysulfone-additive B membrane was prepared.The optimum composition and process conditions of polysulfone membrane were obtained by single factor test.The results are as follows:12%PSF,8%PVP,78%DMSO,2%additive B,pre-evaporation time 15s,coagulation bath temperature 25°C.Polysulfone-additive B separators were prepared according to the best composition and process conditions.Porosity:76.1%,soda rate:385.7%,area resistance:0.2010?·cm~2,tensile strength:2.865N/mm~2,contact angle:67.6°,alkali loss:3.36%.The polysulfone membrane consists of a dense surface layer and a support layer.There are many microspores in the surface dense layer,The pore size is about 60~100nm.The supporting layer is a finger-like pore structure,finger hole wall is honeycomb-shaped hole structure,finger pore diameter is about 4~36?m,the diameter of the honeycomb holes on the finger hole wall is about 0.5?m.
