Study On The Evaluation Of Living Environment Quality In Area Around Bays Of Quanzhou City Under The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,urbanization,the pursuit of many areas are urban scale expanding and the growth of the economic index,which result in extensive and unreasonable land use and the reduction of the urban livability.In the current context of new urbanization,the realization of people foremost and the coordinated development of society and economy and ecological environment,and improving public services and the quality of human settlements have become particularly important.With the "The Belt and Road" strategy advancing step by step,the West Strait Economic Zone ushered usher in the good development opportunity,in addition,Quanzhou as a bridgehead and the largest economy in Fujian,which occupies an important position in Economic planning of West Strait Economic Zone.Area around bays of Quanzhou is the core area of the development in Quanzhou,where large number of cities and towns,the level of urbanization is also higher,the urbanization with distinct local characteristics.Under this background,the article takes Area around bays of Quanzhou city as the research object,it choosees 29 indexes from four aspects which include social economic system,to construct Evaluation index system of the study area and then use AHP,Matlab,Excel,and ArcGIS SPSS20.0 software for data processing and analysis living environment quality from the aspects of’Space-time measure and Coordination degree in Area around bays of Quanzhou city according to the calculation results from 2010 to 2014.Finally,put forward the corresponding improvement measures according to the conclusions of the article and the existing problems,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The spatial differences among four areas:the higest constructiong level of residential environment quality is in the Quanzhou District(0.889),followed by shishi city(0.829),the third to Jinjiang(0.795),the lowest for huian(0.631).(2)Time-series research conclusion from 2010-2014:the living environment quality of the composite scores showed a trend of increased year by year,around bays of Quanzhou City.The composite scores of living enviroment quality of Quanzhou District has the largest increase and ranked first,The composite scores of living enviroment quality of Shishi city was ranked secong,and more than Jinjiang in 2012.the composite scores of living enviroment quality of Jinjiang was relatively stable.The composite scores of living enviroment quality of Huian is lower than the other three areas but showed a fluctuating upward.(3)The evaluation and analysis of the subsystem:The scores of social and economic system from hig to low were Quan District,Shishi,Jinjiang,Huian County.the gap of the score of ecological system system is small.The score of public service score from high to low were quanzhou district,jinjiang city,shilion city,huian county.In the residential and living system,the score od Quanzhou District and Shishi city was relatively close Jinjiang city was third and huian county ranked fourth.(4)Coordination analysis:the quality of human living environment around bays in Quanzhou at present,City is in a good coordination.the four subsystem within Quanzhou District,shishi city,jinjiang city were in high quality coordination.Huian county has the lowest coordination among four regions.which was in a general state of coordination.At the same time,the cordination of the subsystem of each region around bays in Quanzhou within a reasonable rang.The ecological environment system is in a hig quality coordinate state,and the social and economic system is in good coordination.
