Tube-tube sheet joint is the main structure and important connection point of the multitubular heat exchangers and multitubular reactor,which is the key to ensure the long-term normal operation of the entire equipment and no leakage accident.Therefore,the defect detection of fillet welds in tube-tube sheet is a very important and demanding high quality task.The traditional method of detection is artificial surface inspection or local radiography,which have lots of disadvantages,such as low inspection efficiency,poor image quality,no easy to long-term preservation,and environmental pollution.Therefore,for the fillet weld in the tube sheet,to explore a safe,accurate and efficient method of automatic radiographic radiometric detection,is of great significance for the detection of fillet defects in the tube-tube sheet.This paper introduces the background of the ray detection of fillet weld in tube-tube sheet and the current research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas.The existing equipment interface and testing flow of ray automatic detection system of fillet weld in tube-tube sheet are analyzed.The System Use Cases are described.The software architecture is given as C/S architecture,and the functional module is divided into image acquisition module,mechanical control module and image processing module.The communication protocol between devices is determined as TCP/IP and the paper describes the image processing design based on CxImage library.In order to solve the problem of incomplete imaging caused by the limitation of the detector specifications,a multi-angle rotating transillumination imaging method is proposed to realize complete imaging.The improved schemes of SIFT,BBF and RANSAC are also discussed.A multi-control combination is adopted to realize the function of adding graphic and text labels in the image,and the text analysis is carried out according to the content of the text labels,thereby realizing the simple classification of the images.The paper presents the realization of the system interface,and details the human-computer interaction process and program implementation process of the various functional modules,and also analyses part of the source code.This paper finally realized a digital radiography automatic detection software for fillet weld in tube-tube sheet,which can automatically realise digital image capture and image fusion.And provides a variety of image processing functions,as well as safe image saving function and analysis function.In the face of a large number of fillet weld in tube-tube sheet inspection mission,this system can emancipate people and reduce costs,with high efficiency and high accuracy detection capability.
