At present,the world aluminum industry is using fused salt electrolysis process to deoxidize alumina to aluminum.Although the load curve of the electrolytic aluminum enterprise is relatively stable,its requirements for safety and power supply reliability are higher.If the power failure occurs during the operation and can not be recovered in a relatively short time,it will cause significant loss to the electrolytic aluminum enterprises and the electrolytic equipment.It is of great significance for the safe and economic operation of the electrolytic aluminum local power grid to make a reasonable formulation of the power supply scheme for the electrolytic aluminum enterprises.On the basis of deep understanding of the load characteristics of electrolytic aluminum and the demand for power supply,this paper studies the power supply scheme of the electrolytic aluminum project combined with an example of a certain electrolytic aluminum enterprise.The main research contents include:(1)the power supply plan of the electrolytic aluminum project at home and abroad is investigated in detail,and the power supply plan and the demand for electrolytic aluminum equipment selection are analyzed according to the regulations and specifications.(2)Based on the scale and function difference between the enterprise power grid and the city main network,researth on the strategy of safety and stability control system for local power grid;(3)Researth on backup power supply scheme on grid structure;(4)Calculation of the adaptive checking of the type of unit and the structure of the grid;(5)Atentative plan for the study of the use of new energy supply for electrolytic aluminum.The results of this study are as follows:(1)a scheme of electrolytic thyristor rectifying device with fast load regulation and a local frequency regulation scheme is proposed;(2)The unit commitment of local power grid is studied.The combined power supply scheme of large capacity unit and small capacity unit is analyzed;(3)Two the biggest adjustment ability by adjusting the rate of wind power,photovoltaic power and the change rate of thermal power units with power units,active and reasonable consumptive local wind power,photovoltaic energy,recycling economy,energy saving and emission reduction on the local development is very important.
