With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of the old city,the number of waste wood produced by lumber enterprises and people daily life increases each year.The treatment and recycling of waste wood is paid more and more attention.Thus,reducing the pressure of urban waste,waste recycling and alleviating the shortage of wood resources gradually become the research hot spot.This paper mainly focuses on the following several points:(1)This paper adopts the literature-research method and experimental study of particleboard.With the analysis of large amounts of available literature,the key factors of recycling the waste particleboard and the current state of manmade board are proposed.(2)The fabrication procedure to regenerate manmade board has been optimized in the paper.It can provide the basis that the renewable process of wood shavings should be added the long fiber wood shavings.(3)The process parameters of regenerated man-made board are optimized: The thermal pressure temperature and the thermal pressure time affect the degradation of semi-fiber and lignin in wood raw materials,and reduce the content of free formaldehyde in the recycled planer;Experiment by a large number of experimental data to determine the hot-pressing process parameters,the optimal mixing proportion of shaving the old,shavings,moisture content,hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time,such as environmental regeneration particieboard manufacturing provides a reliable technical parameters based on;(4)Experiment with orthogonal experiment method,the performance indexes regeneration particieboard: regeneration particieboard various physical and mechanical properties must conform to the requirements of particleboard performance indicators.Through the experiment,the paper reached the following conclusion:(1)The expansion rate of the suction thickness of the mechanical regrated chipboard is better after the increase of the amount of the gel,the increase of the thermal pressure time increases gradually.The expansion rate of the suction thickness of the blasting type regenerated particle board is better with the increase of the amount of the gel,and the increase of the thermal pressure time is better and then the difference is better.(2)The mechanical properties of the machine are better than the blasting type.But the regenerated chipboard has a good elastic modulus.(3)Suitable thermal pressure process parameters: The heat pressure technology of mechanical reshavings planer(ratio of old and old,the amount of glue,the time of heat pressure)is: 7:3 %,60 / mm;The hot pressure process of the blasting type regeneration planer(ratio of old and old,the amount of glue,and the time of heat pressure)is: 8:2,10 %,and the 5mm/mm.
