In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new normal.Domestic oil and gas resources exploration and development investment has dropped sharply.The Oil and Gas Resources Strategic Research Center has conducted special research on the exploration and development of oil and gas resources,and decided to develop the oil and gas resources exploration and development tracking and evaluation system according to the disadvantages of the traditional exploration and development management.This research relies on the construction project of the oil and gas resource management support platform of the Oil and Gas Resources Strategic Research Center of the Ministry of Land and Resources,establishes a spatio-temporal data model base on object-oriented model and space-time cube model,analyzes the evaluation index system and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for exploration and development,and develops a tracking and evaluation system for exploration and development of oil and gas resources.The purpose of this system is to conduct statistical analysis,comprehensive evaluation and spatial display of exploration and development from multiple dimensions,and supporting the decision-making of oil and gas energy security.The main work and results of the paper are as follows:(1)Establishing a spatio-temporal data model suitable for oil and gas exploration and development.By analyzing and studying the classic spatio-temporal data model,using the advantages of object-oriented spatiotemporal data model and time cube spatiotemporal data model,so the spatio-temporal data model of oil and gas resources exploration and development is established.The static attributes,dynamic attributes and spatial data of exploration and development are decoupled as much as possible,greatly reducing data redundancy and improving data retrieval speed.(2)Research on comprehensive evaluation model of exploration and development.The index system of exploration and development evaluation isestablished through reading literature and communication with project needs.The multi factor comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is studied to understand its characteristics and shortcomings.On the basis of the evaluation index system of exploration and development,the evaluation model of oil and gas resources exploration and development is established to realize comprehensive evaluation on the exploration and development of oil and gas resources in various provinces and basins.(3)Development of tracking and evaluation system for oil and gas resources exploration and development.On the basis of the establishment of the exploration and development thematic database,the spatio-temporal data model and the comprehensive evaluation model,the B/S framework is used to design and develop the tracking and evaluation system for oil and gas resources exploration and development.The exploration and development data are visualized and analyzed through WebGIS,statistical charts and other forms to realize the tracking and evaluation of oil and gas resources exploration and development.Based on the actual demand and the characteristics of oil and gas exploration and development,this study established the spatio-temporal data model and comprehensive evaluation model,developed a tracking and evaluation system for oil and gas resources exploration and development,and realized the tracking and comprehensive evaluation of the exploration and development data of oil and gas resources.There are still some shortcomings in this study,which can be considered to extend the scope of the exploration and development of oil and gas resources to the world,and to optimize the oil and gas exploration and development tracking and evaluation system by considering the influence of geological and urban factors in the establishment of evaluation index system.
